Amazing service! I never need to worry when I use DA Gas, they simply take care of things. They are my go-to for everything Gas and plumbing related.

Engineer arrived directly on time. Explained everything he was doing and why. Very polite and completed the job quickly and efficiently.

Professional, efficient and friendly

I needed two toilets replaced plus a new sink tap and plughole. Great company to deal with - had a lovely guy come out and give me a quote plus advice as to what would be best suited for my needs. Then had another lovely guy fit it. Everything was straightforward and exactly as agreed. It was a fabulous job - no mess and everything taken away to dispose of. Even my flooring was saved (I had expected to get new lino to cover gaps) and no damage to any tiling. Couldn't have done a better job and super people to deal with. Would highly recommend and have already arranged another job with them to replace my father's toilet.

He recently serviced our boiler quickly and efficiently. Although he is not an underfloor heating specialist, he was still able to help identify a possible cause of an issue with our system and pointed us in the right direction — something other engineers were unable to do despite charging significant fees. If this had not resolved the problem, the company was ready to offer alternative services that could also help.

Have used this great company for a few years now. Always punctual and polite. Easy to book up services or get problems rectified. Everything is always set out and explained to me beforehand. In a world of online this and online that, its refreshing to pick up the phone and get things booked up or sorted.

I've used DA Gas for serveral years for my boiler service and I've always found them very effiecient and pleasant to deal with. They have also fitted a shower for me. Always clean and tidy, on time and polite.

Firstly, fantastic back office/customer contact. Michelle, the office manager, is very helpful and efficient so it is easy to book appointments etc. The engineers arrive when you are told they will, are well trained and experienced and include you in their thinking; giving you options if there is a problem to solve. I have used DA Gas for about the last 5 years and have always been exceptionally happy with the service

I have found the plumbing team from 'D.A. Gas' to be reliant, hard working and friendly. Everything is cleared and left tidy and clean. I recommend this company and will definitely use them' if needed' in the future.

We had no heating during a cold snap, called D.A Gas and an engineer came the next day and found the problem in 5 minutes. Faulty part changed and heating system working within an hour and a half.

From the moment you talk with the officer manager Michelle Stavers to book the job in and then she calls after the job was done to check your satisfaction of the job is excellent. The boiler engineer was friendly, knowledgeable and a very helpful person. First class service all round wouldn’t hesitate recommending them. Third year on the trot I’ve used them.

An appointment was made on the same day as contacting DA Gas. The engineer was polite and tidy.

Having used the company previously, they were our first port of call for a boiler service. Also to check an issue with our kitchen tap. The engineer was on time, found the fault on our tap straight away. There was a loose connection.
He then went on to service our boiler and all was checked and serviced.
We now have peace of mind for the winter months.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and we will continue to use them for our plumbing needs.
