Having come back from being away, it was a shock to find myself without either heating or hot water! I contacted D.A.GAS who arranged for a plumber to come round. A window of time was given for his arrival and he was very prompt.
It was found that a metal plate was furred up with lime scale and stopping hot water coming through.
A new plate was needed and, next day, it was fitted, giving me all the hot water I’d been needing.
D.A GAS have also serviced my boiler for the past 3 years and, I’m happy to say, I’ve always been really pleased with them.

The engineer from DA took time to service the boiler and made sure that it was safe to use. Other heating faults which need attention were identified as well.

I've used DA Gas for a couple of jobs and couldn't be happier. Great team, polite, considerate and well trained engineers I won't use anyone else again. Highly recommended!!!

Came highly recommended and I can see why, fantastic from start to finish. Had a burst pipe in bathroom so phoned and although initially they had no availability within 3 mins had a call back due to a cancellation they managed to fit me in. within the hour engineer on site which was outstanding and unexpected. Engineer was polite, knowledgable and professional at all times. work was carried out efficiently and tidily and I was informed the whole time as to what was happening and plans for works required so no surprises or hidden charges. Can’t thank them enough for sorting the issue in the manner they did, outstanding and would 100% recommend. 5 stars is the max I can give but worth even more👍

Dave was very patient and knowledgeable during the quotation visit, and Nick friendly during the work, taking his time to do the work properly, and running through it with me and answering my questions afterwards. It's the first time time I have used the company but I was impressed with the level of professionalism throughout, right down to the email correspondence and invoicing. Just what you want from a plumber; peace of mind that the work has been done properly and at a fair price. Would definitely recommend.
