I’m a relatively new client to DWP, but I’m very happy and excited about the service. They are innovative and thinking in regards to new financial products, as well as their customer service. Having some growing pains right now, so sometimes it takes a day or two to get a response from my FA, but no trouble.
The fees are very reasonable, and most times less expensive than comparable wealth management firms. Transaction fee fees are far less than crypto exchanges. Every product I’ve run into structured in such a way that DWP and the FA are always in the same boat and on the same side of the table as you. They don’t make money unless you do.
