Great customer service, this is a detailed and professional organization. That being said needing explanation and understanding they have different employees willing to talk and explain, very respectful group, good energy, they do try and they do care about YOUR needs and growth and success. Going in a year with this group, very happy

My advisor Nick is very responsive and educated about helping me manage my portfolio with them. The website is extremely easy to navigate. The automatic document updating to keep up on the rules and regulations side of things is amazing. I highly recommend if you want a place to keep your assets safe you give DAG a look.

Not impressed. I paid to be a private client, and there are not any humans to interact with as part of the offering. I was emailed a Dashboard checklist and that’s it.

If you have questions, it’s just email support and no one to explain the process or even clarify what you’re signing or to go into details of how the process works or what to do next.

I could’ve done all this for $39 to get a registered agent and saved myself $2500.

Some of the staff is great and others like Mike Sarmiento are terrible. Just rude, very curt, lacked the education and knowledge for his role as he was either unaware of things I asked about on his website or couldn't give an answer stating that those questions would be answered after I onboarded if I chose to. Majority of my questions were not answered by him and it gave a very cringey scammy vibe to it. Fortunately Jaime Nardiel was much better at addressing my questions to leave me feeling informed and confident in my decisions on becoming a private client of them.

The owner of this company has two other companies in which he generates revenue from. They can’t even answer basic questions about manpower without becoming hostile with you, defaming your character and flat out being deceptive. I would strongly recommend against doing business with this company.

Absolutely a waist of money time and effort, the set up costs for trusts and onboarding is expensive, i vested unt he tactical income fund and they lost mo ey month after month after month with zero care or explanation, basic bank term deposits return 6.5% and these guys lost 6% in 2 months, the fees dont stop even once requested to exit the funds, 45 days after lodging oust another 30days before back to wallet, then they hold a 5% retention for 6 months first quarter 2027 end.
For them it is just a means to reut people constant fees and smoke snd mirrors, avoid them, avoid the funds they offer as they are so complex in the paperwork no normal person can possibly understand it, when asking them for Ombudsman or regulator for the funds in US they did not supply.
My advice is to stay clear of any fund they offer. AUM dont stop smacking with fees even while trying to exit.
Don't believe reviews they reward clients amd members of there concord page to post these....

Small time investor but had enough to join this company.
Lots of talk about not paying them on top of your investment. Paying to join? Ok, I get that. Paying an advisory fee monthly for zero advising has cost me over $2000 over a few months. They continually saying they are working on something that will cover the fees, but it still hasn't happened. I withdrew my assets to save these fees. They kept charging me after I withdrew my assets due to prorations. Whatever! I'd find somewhere else to put your assets. Horrible experience!!

Been following Jake and his Company Digital Ascension Group for over a year now. DWP handles the wealth management side of the umbrella of companies. I recently on boarded with them. Very professional and quick to respond to answer questions I had. I’ve spoken with my financial advisor who was in Traditional finance 10 years and very knowledgeable on digital assets.
With the help of DWP, at this point, I have formed my LLC and in the process of forming a living trust and will in the short term put my assets in institutional grade custody and then invest in one of their several offerings to produce returns while preserving my assets and taking advantage of capital appreciation. Very happy with their service!

DWP has been very helpful to offer products to fit their clients' needs. So many choices to navigate and they are always helpful and explain the options.

They are a new company. Not a huge fan of how they leverage hardcore A1 hopium specifically to drive traffic and retain clients. They are trailblazers in many ways. The founders leave me with mixed impressions. If what they say is the thesis behind the origin of their company plays out in the near term, they will be like heroes . If not, then most likely they simply leveraged that hope (easier to sell than sex in most cases) to funnel people into 2k+ LLCs they didn’t need, and AUM fees with limited benefits for most people. Let’s hope for the best

I’m not actually a client yet. I have a Carbon 1 membership. That alone has been a huge return on my investment because of the community alone. I do plan to become a client when I reach the requirements.

No other place in the US offer digital:
1) Institutional Custody to retail investors
2) Insurance for criminal activity up to 100m; I di not have to worry about seed phrases.
3) Bankruptcy remote (learn what this is; it’s huge
4) My wife and children are beneficiaries
5) I have a broker who is responsive
6) Life Insurance structure for the entire family!

I am simply thankful to Jake and his team. I know this has been a spiritual journey to get to this point… I am thankful God led me to this opportunity. No where in my college life did I come remotely close to being introduced to what is like to lay a foundation towards generational wealth… DWP is leading a new era towards generational growth, wealth and development.
