Order: Big wardrobe and comode
I ordered big roll-door wardrobe - which I asked to be built (for additional 80 euros) and a comode (which is smaller and i wanted to build it on my own).
1. the cabin/ wardrobe - we agreed that delivery and its contructing will happen at a specific time, cause i needed to work. It came on time however, they forgot to deliver some big parts of it and had to go back for them. That prolong the whole process by 2 hours and I had to take a vacation for half of the day. I tried to negotiate with workers and get a discount on mentling as it was not my fault that they are so late. It was not working. They did not speak German nor English, only Bulgarian. on the other hand The wardrobe itself is beautiful and appears to be good quality. Since it comes without any instructions & list of items, I wouldnt even notice that we are missing something. If we wouldnt ask the company to build it we probably wouldnt even know why it is not working.
2. comode - comes without any instructions on mentling it & list of items that should be in the package, which is ridiculous. Basically, that's the way they want you to pay extra for mentling. It is also very hard task to build it as instructions are missing and pieces are not clicking into each other. Also there are no wholes or pins in the package so you dont know how to mentle it and you must guess it. To me it took 5-6 hours to mentle it and still some pieces are "free" and moving the way they shouldn't. from my perspective for such and expensive furniture the instruction should be automatise. Also I think that some pieces were just missing in the package (for example, pins or the back of the shuffles).
