Awful company

Awful company! Waited 16 days and still no delivery information. Called a million times and sent dozens of emails and they continue to pass the buck.

When I first ordered I had delivery information sent 2 days after ordering and took day off work to be told this was a miscommunication error. 16 days later I’m still waiting even though one of my furniture items is not on pre order.

If you want your furniture any time soon do not order from here!!!

Great service!

Couldn’t fault the delivery, 3 hour time slot was given the day before, received a call when they were 5 minutes away & Dave very helpfully carried in my furniture parcel and placed it carefully inside my house.

Great product and VFM

Smooth ordering and delivery service. Would order from this company again. Garden parasol is delightfully kitsch and I’m really pleased with it. Agree with other reviewers that the height is a tad short but didn’t matter where we are using it. Fabric and edging is great quality and makes the product look more expensive than it is. Initially I had trouble getting the parasol to stay open but worked out that you have to line up the mechanism properly. All in all the parasol is good VFM and the yellow and white stripes makes me smile every time I look at it.

Prompt and efficient delivery keeping me up to date with estimated arrival times on the day. Also a call the evening before which was a bank holiday to let me know that my delivery would be early the next morning. Very good delivery service.
