Overall good but with some issues

Overall good furniture but incredibly fiddly to build, instructions on some products unclear as it's all picutures and not very well explained.
This would've been a 4 star review but the shoedrobe, for the money feels cheap, the doors don't align and the "hinge" mechanism is made from flimsy plastic. Wardrobe and bedside units better, however I'd say this is expensive for self build furniture.
In summary, looks good, painful to build and some products lack premium feel for price point.

Juan was very helpful and polite

Juan was very helpful and polite. He explained that I would receive a 3 hour slot, for the delivery of my garden furniture. I didn't have my order number as I was out and about. He was very accommodating and explained he could access my details with just a few questions. Very please with the service.

Easy and quick service

Easy and quick service. Got a call before my delivery time to warn me. The guys warned me about some dust on the boxes. Ian and mikey were very helpful

Great sofa and fab delivery

Delighted with my sofa, assembly was easy and quick, and it’s great quality. The two delivery men Mike and Ryan were so helpful and pleasant, real gentlemen. Would definitely use this company again on the basis of the great quality sofa and fab delivery drivers.

Delivery updates was very Accurate. Mike and Ryan del on time and was very polite. Furniture is great quality so heavy will last for years. Great weather at the minute so will enjoy

Delivery driver left me on my own and laughed

Item was delivered with good timing although I was not able to carry the items upstairs to my flat as they were too heavy - the delivery driver ended up laughing at me and saying ‘good luck’ as he left me to do this all by myself.

Good experience

I had a delivery today from Daals, and Garry and Charlie did it for me. They called me beforehand and were very respectful and professional throughout. Overall, Daals is a great company and I would definitely recommend them.
