won't give me items that I paid for.

Ordered bunch of Diablo 4 items.
$20.99 for an item and waited over an hour to get items only for them to say the item was no longer available. then would not exchange it for the same item as the lowest item of same stats is $23.99.
says "profit margin is too low" must be same price. Well, I paid for the item (and other items) and have not received a single thing.
