Hello.
Unfortunately, my review isn't a positive experience regarding purchasing from D4Gold. This afternoon, I sat at my computer with two (2) windows open, viewing the website D4gold, as well as an alternative website concerned within the same marketplace. The reason which I had both 'company' websites open was simply to compare the prices. (I am a loyal customer to both of these websites).
Regarding the price comparrison relating to what I wished to purchase proved to be a relatively good saving, so, in basket 'A' I had placed the items that I intended to purchase, and in the other basket, of the other online website I added the items that were cheaper than 'basket A'.
Please note, that at no point had I ordered anything by way of selecting, 'pay for goods'. However, imagine my surprise when, after I did decide to purchase items from 'D4Gold', which meant that the goods were listed, with price,.... that the items which I did receive were part of the goods which were in my basket and that I had not, as yet, ordered.
I contacted D4Gold straight away, and what followed for the following 3 hours was something the likes of only a nightmare could match.
I informed D4Gold immediately that what was delivered to me was not what I ordered from D4Gold, but more worryingly, was how did D4Gold know that what they did deliver to me was in my basket at a different website?
I do believe in coincidences, but this coincidence, would in my opinion, never happen in a month of Sundays.
Anyway, for the next three (3) hours, I waited, and I waited, and I waited until I received an ingame invite to collect the goods that I had ordered with D4Gold.... well, part of the order. The other part I was informed is deliverable by different couriers. So I waited, only to receive an invite again, which I duly accepted, but the courier wanted to give me the exact same items I had received already. I tried to tell the courier, but my typing isn't the fastest, just as their patience isn't because as I looked up, they had gone. Bye-the-bye, I have no complaints with that.
Just before my patience ran out, and after forty (40) minutes, or so, I received another request to collect what I had oredered. I accepted the request, but what I received beggers belief. D4Gold have the receipt for what I ordered. They have produced the receipt to me three (3) times, yet they still managed to deliver a duplicate of what I hadn't ordered with them. I took delivery of the items due to the courier just delivering and leaving straight away.
This is the worrying thing for me - after I stored the items in my storage container, I contacted D4Gold to tell them of what had just occured and to organise for me to give back to a courier, but when I went back to my storage, the items had already been removed.
How is that at all possible?
I would like top add, that I am 100% certain that the items were in my storage and that nobody else has/had access to my console other than myself, so they should still be in my storage container.
I am fully aware of the rules of using Trustpilot, and can produce the full, unedited chat logs between myself and the staff of D4Gold.
My reasoning for the above post isn't to bring bad light onto D4Gold. Far from it, and absolutely no malice intended, but rather to hear if anybody else has been in a similar situation involving D4Gold, and secondly, how can access be utilised without consent from the console owner. I have scoured my console and nothing has been removed other than the items delivered to me by D4Gold.

Zed is always so polite and helpful. That is very hard to come by in this day and age.

Bought an amulet. +3 rightnousness +3 iron sharpens to iron, GA strength. When I get in group to trade the guy says to me « this ok? » when linking a worse amulet. When I say « no this isn’t what I bought » he dipped. Terrible website avoid it. They will try to scam you

Ordered a bunch of items. The most expensive one was not delivered. Their live chat option is a complete scam. Been stuck on queue spot 1 for more than 45 Minutes. No response from support at all. I have opened a claim at paypal asking for money back. Update: Seller did not engage in any type of resolution and PayPal has sent me my money back. (After a month of waiting for the seller to reply)
