I trust that most people had great…
I trust that most people had great experience ordering from daekonline.dk, I think they are great, but unfortunately my experience was not good. I bought 4x Michelin PS4 tires ( 959 DKK each ), order was accepted and money taken. Next day i have received an email that they are no longer in stock and that i would have to wait for at least 2 week. Fair enough, this happens and i was expecting to cancel my order, money back and search elsewhere. Order was canceled and same day i found that they are AVAILABLE but for 1279DKK. As i understand they were just not willing to sell it to me for original price. Well played.

Extremely poor customer service experience - hope this was an exception
I used to buy tires here because of the good pricing. However, in my latest order, I got a defect tire, which I only discovered after the 30 days return period. So, today, I called the support hotline, and asked if I could buy one extra tire, as I needed to replace the defective. I could, but they increased the price from 499 DKK to 629 DKK + freight, total: 668 DKK. When I asked the rather unfriendly support lady, if we could reach an agreement where I paid the original price + freight, as I found the increase unfair (and the tires are available at other online dealers, such as daekleader for 517 DKK including freight!), she bluntly said no. And I had no luck in getting her to help me. Instead, she referred to customer complaints. Very poor service! I am very disappointed and sorry to say that I am not going back to daekonline.dk until they 1) Improve the customer support and 2) give their customers a fair treatment. With all due respect.

In order to offer our customers a comprehensive product range, we buy tires worldwide. Purchase prices are affected by various factors, which in turn also affect our price calculation. We ask for your understanding that we can not give any price guarantee. The prices in our shops are checked regularly and are current. The only prices we can offer are the prices listed on the website at the moment of the order.
Should a product have a manufacturing defect, you can of course claim it within the warranty period. Our products have a warranty period of 24 months from the delivery date. First, you should contact our customer service at daekonline@delti.com or by phone on (+45) 77345733.
We hope this unfortunate situation will not prevent you from doing business with us again in the future and that this way, you will give us the opportunity to improve your opinion about our company.

Everything was perfect.
Great service, awesome price, great quality. Everything arrived perfectly and in great condition. Price is unbeatable for the quality. Took maybe around 1 week to receive it, so not bad at all, considering I chose a custom set of tires and rims.

Very bad service / steal money
Very bad service. I paid 24th septomer and they cancel the order after 4 days and until now they do not pay my money back .
I bouhgt from them before with latency But now they steal my money . I contacted danish authority .
8th december. I still not get any money althought you send them in 17 november ?. I did not sende money via paypal and did not get any money from you via paypal or other banks.
Our payment information had been send 4times without response
