I have been complaining that I can’t get the rug I bought to lay flat. I was told by Tanya that Michael is the person I need to speak to but he was away sick. He never got back to me so I rang again got his mobile number and still no answer. It is a 3m x 4m rug that is too thin, was rolled too tight and off centre. The other two small rugs are ok because they are small.

If you are looking for a floor rug or mat, go and see Josh at Cyrus Rugs Cairns. Josh was so helpful in showing what they have available & very knowledgable about their products. He will even carry your purchase to your car too. I give Josh 5 stars 😊

Browns Plains Cyrus Rigs shop is good but Tamika is excellent.
She helped me pick out the rug and helped me with the size which I was unsure about. I went few times in the store to check if my rug is still there, every time she took time with me.
When I was ready to purchase it, my rug was sold and Tamika made it happen for me calling different stores and delivering at her store.

The Cairns store provides very professional service for our novices who want to buy a rug we used. The people are friendly and helpful and they know what suits us.
There is a lot of variety of rugs and we love these collections.
I would strongly reccomend people to go to this rug shop because there is no better one in Cairns

For service and attention regarding what rugs we were interested in, could not be faulted. Chris took the time to listen, are rare thing in business today. We took photos of our art in with us,so he had a better idea of colours etc. I wanted my husband to see the rugs, so went back a week later, Chris had found the " perfect one" but waited while I showed my hubby the others.. Great service and great rugs, very happy with our purchase

I’m 100% happy with the rug and the salesperson was absolutely amazing — friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.

Unfortunately, my experience with Cyrus Rugs’ processes and procedures surrounding the order and logistics was a complete disappointment. It’s frustrating when the product and salesperson are excellent, but the overall customer experience is let down by the company’s systems and processes.

Great service, carpets are great quality. I would recommend them.
