Sorry but I'm disappointed with this cycle trader i used their emailing system before its perfect but now its not sending my add i like 2 bikes i think one is newly listed and second is 8 days ago and 8 days ago add sent but newly listed add not send i am not understand what is the issue is this , cycle trader email system is not working please resolve this issue, if email system is not working how i can reach the seller how can i talk with them if the email system is not working well cycle trader is useless platform. Resolve this issue if you can OR delete this platform i spend 4 days all i waisted my time when i send 8 days ago add it's sent and when i send newly listed its not send what is that i think is this mail system not working properly. I haven't received any serious inquiries.
The only people I hear from are pushing CarFax type history of vehicle reports, or worse yet, they could just be collecting personal info, or credit card numbers.
I'm not complaining about the service you offer, it's just that this time around it hasn't drawn much attention.
I think the motorcycle is good for the listed price.
Not sure what's going on with the low interest level.

Overpriced
I mean one pays 50+ bucks to keep an ad for 2 weeks and all you get stupid bots trying to scam you or resellers trying to make a quick buck . Idk do people actually know that cycletrader exists.? I’m not sure

Nothing but Scammers
After two weeks on Cycle Trader I pulled my ad because I failed to receive even one legitimate lead. What I did get was a steady stream of scammers trying to steal either my information or my money, or both. If you're a private seller, don't waste your time or expose yourself to scammers unnecessarily by using Cycle Trader.

While your system works well
While your system works well, there seems to be no button, or function to block members who attempt to spam for Title repots, etc. I encountered this problem during the time of my listing, and had to delete my listing, and account to insure that the offending party could not gain access to my email, or other information. I also encountered unwanted texts to my phone number, that most likely originated from people who viewed my listing which began hours after posting the listing, and ceased after I removed my phone number from the listing. Such things do not endear me to Cycle Trader, but are unfortunate occurrences in today's world.

Using Cycle Trader was straight…
Using Cycle Trader was straight forward, however was not able to sell my motorcycle in a month. It did have over a hundred views but no one serious responded with the bike priced below current market value.

Overpriced, ineffective and full of scam.
Cycle Trader is totally overpriced for what they provide (or rather for what they don't do for their users), and it's completely ineffective in times when social media ads rule the internet (CT doesn't promote your ads by targeting potential buyers). All you get on CT is unusable interface (eg. you can't change make/trim/model after posting your listing), zero customer support (good luck reaching out to their support for help), and no protection from fake accounts who act like legit buyers and try to make you buy reports from fake report sites while stealing your info in the process. My FREE listing on Facebook Marketplace gave me 10x more hits from legit buyers, and CT listing gave me headache from relentless scammers hitting me with fake inquiries to steal my money.

In less than 24 hours of being live. I’ve gotten nothing but scammers trying to get me to purchase reports via their “recommended” sites. I’ve reported this. But it’s not helpful. This company isn’t worth the money it costs.

For this 79 Shovelhead FLH ad I can give a 3 star! If the scammers would leave me alone and I would get some real leads, I would go 4 or 5 start!
When I sold the 2011 Wide Glide, that was a 5 Star event!
This ad has been nothing but scam, maybe it's my ad or my wording, not sure! Even let the ad expire for a month and relisted, on day one had 7 scammers hit me up! Totally junk, I have had good results in the past, so I'm going to give it sometime before I go a different route!

I have used Cycle Trader for selling motorcycles for decades with good results and I would always give them a five-star rating. Unfortunately, my latest experience was not so good because I received several fraudulent messages that made it very difficult to trust any messages I received.

Not much interest
I'm not getting very many views or interest. Either the marketplace is soft or my price is too high for today's economy. A price reduction for the ad renewal would help dry up some tears.
