To many scammers on this site and from past experiences email communications with prospective buyers thru cycletrader is like using Morse code with a low flash light battery. I was just going to try a new ad, I had apparently forgot my password for the login and when I requested a new password to make I was sent a very long link to click on that made no mention of cycletrader, nowadays I’m too scared to click any link. Of coarse I’m the old guy that’s not enjoying all the new technology!! I will find other safer and easier ways to sell a motorcycle even though that’s not easy either. I may try the old put in yard with sign method😊

Is it Cycle Trader or is it me???
So far I don't know if it is cycle trader or my ad but I've spent a lot of money and I've gotten 12 messages several have been extremely rude.....my 2011 Harley is like brand new only 703 miles and I haven't gotten any calls....I've lowered the price twice I'm not lowering it again it would in effect be giving it away I paid $16,000 new $7000 is pretty much letting it go pretty cheap....lots of rude people and no one is serious

Bad: Many of the cycles from dealerships have sold, yet they still remain on the site. They just use this as advertising. Dealerships should be fined if they do this because it's a waste of time for actual customers searching bikes for sale. While it's not 100% cycletraders fault, they should keep better track of this or have a way of it getting reported to them.
Good: variety and location of bikes on the site is amazing. Thank you for a great site overall.

within 1 hr of Facebook marketplace listing I had a buyer knocking on my front door - SOLD - came to collect next day
got plenty of responses but huge reluctance from any prospective buyer to actually commit to even take a test ride - also so many possible buyers from out of state - plenty of SCAMMERS too - advert price @ $4,995 most likely buyer asked what is BEST Price - lowered to $4,500 then buyer offers $4,200 without even personally viewing bike or taking a TEST ride

Email system not working properly
The email system is not working i reached to the seller through cycle trader mail system but after 7 days i received the message my message was send i reached the seller 7 days ago i thought seller not replying me but when i received the message your message was sent after 7 days and after 2 minutes seller reply me its good but now i already buy the bike so this add is useless for me i think your email system is not working properly resolved your mail system issue. Sorry but I'm disappointed with this cycle trader i used their emailing system before its perfect but now its not sending my add i like 2 bikes i think one is newly listed and second is 8 days ago and 8 days ago add sent but newly listed add not send i am not understand what is the issue is this , cycle trader email system is not working please resolve this issue, if email system is not working how i can reach the seller how can i talk with them if the email system is not working well cycle trader is useless platform. Resolve this issue if you can OR delete this platform i spend 4 days all i waisted my time when i send 8 days ago add it's sent and when i send newly listed its not send what is that i think is this mail system not working properly. I haven't received any serious inquiries.
The only people I hear from are pushing CarFax type history of vehicle reports, or worse yet, they could just be collecting personal info, or credit card numbers.
I'm not complaining about the service you offer, it's just that this time around it hasn't drawn much attention.
I think the motorcycle is good for the listed price.
Not sure what's going on with the low interest level.
