2 orders, all out of stock
I had two orders with cyclesouq, first order was out of stock so i had to do a replacement, instead of a cycling shoes i was forced to take another item.
The 2nd order, same issue. Out of stock, had to opt out for another item.
Really bad experience.

Very unprofessional
I bought a bike on a friday and got an email confirming the order right after and that I should be informed about delivery later on. 3 days later I got a call informing the item is no longer available! I needed the bike that week. Very unprofessional.
