I decided to trade in a bike I no longer used. The exchange was very smooth. The description of my purchased bike was accurate. The bike mechanic who examined my bike was very helpful and pointed a few faults out with mine. Which I was was unaware.
He offered me help setting up help. Very professional service

The bike I wanted, in good condition and serviced and at a price that was very reasonable

I've bought two bikes now from cycle exchange. My latest (a TT bike) arrived 4 after I bought it and was in better condition that i'd hoped.

Lucky enough to purchase a stunning Reilly Titanium Fusion Bike at a very competitive price. The bike was described as immaculate and it did not disappoint, it was truly stunning. Excellent service from start to finish. Bike was perfectly as discribed. There was an issue with the e-bike charger and the team very quickly and efficiently ordered a new one and got it out to me asap. very impressed.

I traded in a gravel bike in exchange. The whole process was straightforward and the staff were great.

Good choice of bikes in the category and size I was looking for. Very patient young fella helped to set each bike up for me. Able to test ride the bikes. Bike was second hand but in excellent condition. Good valve. Went in the next day to ask a question about the bike and was made to feel welcome .

My needs for a cycle were quite specific, Cycle Exchange had a bike that looked as though it would work. I was able to test it out alongside another bike that may work. It helped me decide what was best for me. I have only had 2 rides out so far due to opportunities but I am quite happy with the bike, very good condition for a second hand bike and not a bad price. Bikes are all top notch and good as new. Service received from Hazel and Josh was excellent too. Very prompt email communication and in store couldn't be more helpful. Took a bike out to test whilst we were there and then able to purchase on cycle to work scheme too. 12 month warranty as well. What a great experience.
