The Jet broke in half & half fell out.
Returned to C W Sellers this year 2025
They repaired my Jet ring at a very reasonable price.
The Jeweller was Michael an expert !

I had 2 bracelets repaired through Sellors, Bakewell, and they kept me up to date throughout the process. The bracelets were posted to my home address, but when they did not appear after 2 weeks, I began to worry. I contacted Peter at the Bakewell shop who was lovely and reassuring and chased this up for me several times. I am sure that his action in following it up resulted directly in them being delivered to me a week later. I was delighted with the repairs and the service, and will be thankful to Peter forever for his friendly, kind and professional service. I will continue to use Sellors as a result.

I purchased a MontBlanc watch on the 30-12-24, then purchased a Victorinox Chronograph on the 22-10-25. The customer service was exceptional, very professional staff.Highly delighted as normal with my purchases.Alwaysca pleasure to call into your shops.(Items bought at your Chesterfirld site).

The staff at the Ashbourne Boutique were very helpful.
I placed an order for a piece of jewellery without checking that it was in stock, unfortunately it wasn't currently in stock.
It only took three days before it was delivered to me.
The staff kept me informed and up to date.
I found the service excellent.

Did browsing and looked at an item, now they keep sending me invoices telling me that if I’m interested complete my purchase. It’s this kind of desperation selling along with the previous negative reviews that made me not complete in the first place. I can’t stand pressure selling !!!! Really glad I didn’t buy in the first place.

I saw the shop in Matlock and then shopped on line for my wife’s christmas presents. Ordering was easy, I bought earrings bracelet and necklace. They had to make some earrings as out of stack but kept me updated on their progress. All three items are of very good quality. They arrived safely in branded boxes. I’m sure my wife will be delighted. I would recommend the company to anyone.

Made a purchase when sale on as Chesterfield store closing 😢… however found a really lovely Blue John ring at a great price so really pleased… plus helpful assistant checked prices on a few other items for me , so all in all a great shopping experience

DO NOT BUY!!! Shocking and dishonest. My Jewellery, a necklace that was not cheap, arrived scratched and the gold edges “worn”, which is totally shocking considering this is advertised as a fine Jewellery shop (which it is absolutely not). I contacted immediately to raise my concern to be told that the necklace had been sent out in “brand new condition”, suggesting that I had somehow scratched and worn the yellow gold edge by looking at the necklace. The necklace has not been out of the box since it has arrived in its shocking state. They have taken no accountability and have treated me terribly like I am somehow at fault. I would 100 percent not recommend this shop and I would AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Waiting for a watch said to be on 4-6 week lead time. Currently on week 17. Over FOUR months!. I keep getting told mine will be on the next shipment, or they'll have news next week etc
They're still telling people its a 4-6 week lead time btw.

Edit. I cancelled the order. After such a dreadful experience I simply didn't want to do business with them now or ever again.

Edit, sadly I saw CWSellors ceased trading a few months after this experience. Guess my transaction was affected during their struggles in business.
