Have placed 2 orders recently and both came very quickly. One was for bunny dolls for my daughters for Easter, which are super cute and both girls love them! Also ordered a Wednesday hoody for my oldest daughters Birthday. Again, arrived quickly and is lovely! Love this shop 🥰

Great Dolls
I have quite a collection of beautiful elf dolls now thanks to Cutsie Bobs. I’ve bought them myself, bought them as gifts and received them as gifts.
Everything always comes beautifully packaged and I love the pink boxes as I know exactly who they’re from before I even open the parcel.

I am sorry for your bad experience shopping with us. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, orders have been delayed recently. I have checked and your order is available to collect from your local depot as no-one was in to receive when delivery was attempted. Thank you.
Would give zero if I could
Would give zero if I could. Ordered a dress for my daughter and sent it back right away the next day as it was quite small fitting. Sent it tracked via post office and it was received and signed for a few days later. 2 weeks later and still no refund so sent a message via Facebook and was asked for proof of postage which I sent. 2 weeks later and still no refund so have opened a case with PayPal. She isn't even responding to messages on PayPal and has now blocked me on her Facebook as I put a comment under her post warning people about refunds. No option to rate on her FB either or leave reviews. Scammer of the highest level, avoid at all costs!!! I have all the proof and screenshots on my phone to back up all my statements made here also so let's see if she replies with any lies!!

Vanished off the face of the earth
I can not get in touch with anyone regarding my order that was placed on 23/01/23 estimated to be delivered within 3-5 working days. £3.50 for delivery fee - I have emailed, messaged on Facebook and there is no contact telephone number to speak with anyone on. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! I have tried to find reviews on them and it’s as if they don’t exist
