Take money. Email and message numerous times even comment on posts on social media but no replies. Wanted cancel order then after a week got dispatched. I get a card through the post off royal mail I have to pay extra £5 as they didn't pay enough postage. Parcel gets returned. Don't reply but are always posting in social media. So I'm down on coats I would of had to resell on and out of pocket. Not just me commenting about messaging and no replies. Took money and run

Ordered stitch dolls on the 30th May and 8th June 2023 now 13th july still waiting!!! Stay away from this company I keep being told there a delay and I ask for a refund I'm now being ignored

Cheap & tatty yet they charge the Earth. I ordered a Wednesday doll, arrived with the head shaved up the back, the dress didn’t go all the way around and she had some horrible netted hospital like pants on. Was definitely not worth what they’re charging. Ended up selling it on vinted. Will not buy from this company again.

I recently bought the stitch dolls from this company they are absolutely beautiful & so unique.

I have also made numerous other purchases from this company and not once have I been disappointed in my items.

The quality of their clothing, shoes, dolls etc is absolutely fantastic.

Absolutely shocking first time experience with this seller would not recommend unless you like paying for cheap poor quality material!!!!
Purchased Wednesday dress daughter wore it and on the first day of wearing material was all bobbled, T-shirt I purchased material is so thin can see your hand through it! Emailed the seller for an exchange or refund to have no response never had an experience like it hugely disappointed ☹️

Great selection of clothing. My daughter absolutely loved all of her wednesday Adams clothes. All true to size and excellent quality. Was slightly delayed but was notified as to why so customer service was excellent also.
