Disappointed
Very disappointed with the quality I was not aware that this was not a quality product. The first piece had cracks in it, it was replaced with another piece but I will not use this company again. Also the delivery company were poor.

Air conditioner acrylic window seal
The acrylic window seal (with a hole cut for the air conditioner) was exactly as described and made an incredible difference to the room temperature during the recent hot weather. The service was excellent and I can highly recommend this company

Great Service and easy to use Web site. The MFC board parts I ordered were spot on. It was a fairly big project (a media wall) but the CutMy service made the job a lot easier and the end product is superb.

Item delivered was as ordered
Item delivered was as ordered, but delivery was a joke. Received an email on the Friday that APC would be delivering the item on Monday.
All Monday morning, APC tractor.g advised delivery thay day. At 11:30 i got an email telling me it would be delayed and would be advised I would be contacted, also tracking information was removed entirely like the delivery was no longer valid.
Tuesday I contacted the local depot who advised the item had not even been collected until Monday afternoon and I would get a message advising when delivery will be on the day of delivery. That is not good enough, I needed to arrange for someone to be available to accept it.
Wednesday morning at 07:59 I received an email from APC stating the item would e delivered between 07:56.and 09:56, so potentially 3 minutes ago? The item was delivered at 08:14, 15 minutes after the delivery time email.
Now, this is APC being trash, but when I raised these issues with CutMy directly, it took them 2 weeks to respond, and it was just "well it's been delivered".
So i had to arrange for someone to be in to accept deliviery for 3 days due to poor communication, then CutMy showed absolutely no interest in the issue at hand. I will not be using these guys again.

My order was for 9mm marine ply cut to replace flimsy shelves in my garage. They were delivered quickly and fitted perfectly. I'll be using them again. Highly recommend them to anyone

Not everything was clear
Ordering and delivery went well. The clear perspex sheet ordered was not as "see through" as expected

Whilst the goods ordered were of a good…
Whilst the goods ordered were of a good standard, the customer service of the courier company APC entrusted with the delivery was appallingly bad. No updates and outdated information on their website. My parcel was delivered over a week late by someone who was seemingly a sub-contemractor ( unbranded white van and no company uniform).
