First day today on the shakes
First day today on the shakes, I also ordered the weight loss burner capsules ! Delivery was fast, I ordered chocolate & chocolate mint, tried my first shake today, it’s very yummy! Is a bit powdery but will be buying a blender 😊 product comes lovely in packaging etc for the price tho I wish the jars were a bit more full apart from that so far so good 😊👌
Update…. Few days in and decided to buy a blender, shakes are so much better blended 😊 can’t wait to continue and see what results I get 😊😊

Shake was tasty but powdery
I ordered the shaker bottle which is really cute and the Strawberry shake. Although the flavour is really nice, I find the shake really powdery in texture. I am a tad disappointed as I have tried better shakes.

Happy with my weight loss so far, only been using Cute Shakes for 3 wks and have already lost over a stone. Been replacing two meals everyday and having a regular healthy family friendly meal in the evening. Can’t wait to start the 10min workout routine and see the results following that. The flavours of these shakes are amazing! I use skimmed milk and they really do keep me full. I use the pancake mix for lunches and they are so good. I have only just started but will definitely be carrying on with them

Our shakes are designed to replace 1-2 meals per day. They contain a very little amount of calories compared to full meals so by using the shake instead of a full meal your daily calorie intake decreases and therefore supports weight loss. However, we do recommend combining them with a healthy diet and plenty of exercise!
