I wouldn’t trust this company at all
I ordered a dress from YamiraLondon - it look weeks to arrive !
There was no where on their website that said it would be coming from China !!
The dress was advertised as being made of chiffon with 2 layers of fabric - instead it was cotton and just one layer
The workmanship was extremely poor.
The company offered to replace the dress if I paid £19:95 for the return - or they would give me back 5% of the price
An insult.
I had many emails backwards and forwards with the company but I got the distinct feeling that the replies I received were AI generated.
I would never use this company again and recommend that nobody else does

Awful service, product was not as described and was very poor quality. It is a UK web address however the company is based in China. When I contacted them to request a return they made it really difficult and would only provide a 10% refund for me to keep the item which of course I didn’t want. They then said it would cost around £20 to return the item, I requested the return address and this was never provided.

Do not order from this company!!! My item should have been delivered in 3-5 days it took nearly 3 weeks. When it arrived the quality was terrible and the items were packed in the smallest bag and so creased the creases will never come out. I tried to return the items and was told because the items weren't faulty I would have to pay to return to china at a cost of £21 as I cannot wear the items I've just wasted my money and what's more they are not bothered. I sent several emails with no resolution and sometimes not even a reply 😡

I have already sent 1 review about this company, which I now learn is based in China. This may be why their service is poor, you cannot reach them on the number on their website and they reply only with formulaic email responses after some days.
I have been corresponding for a full refund for over a month. The website states full refunds available within 30 days but this is predicated on paying £19.95 to generate a returns label.
They steadfastly refuse to show me where on the website this is written. Do not use this company, apart from anything the goods are shoddy.
I continue to press my case with them.

If I could give 0 I would. Like so many others, wish I had read the reviews before buying, the product took ages to arrive when it did arrive it was nothing like the product I ordered. Customer Service is dreadful and like others, I was offered a 20% refund and keep the product. No thanks! Above all why is a Chinese Company allowed to trade and advertise as a UK based Company. I am lucky my Bank agreed to do a Chargeback but the Company needs investigating and shutting down!

This company is the biggest scam going.

I ordered a beautiful red dress which was reduced to £35, this turned up weeks later and it was nothing like the images I emailed the company regarding the return of this (there website state returns accepted please email customer service for this) I emailed 2 days later told I can return this but I needed to pay for the return which was £20! This was not stated on there website. Name would suggest this is based in UK (delivery times are also incorrect online) however this is outside of the UK! I was told I can return this parcel for £20 or get 20% refund and keep the item or a full site credit. I do not wish to buy anything from this site when items are not as they are described or shown in images. 3 weeks later I am still waiting for 20% refund absolute joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY complete crook!

The same quality and styles you can buy on Shein or Amazon for about 4x the price. I bought a blazer and shorts set and while quite well structured, there is no lining so they're completely see-through. I bought a dress with lace sleeves and again, while nice looking is just a polyester triangle. Not worth thr price.

Here's the worst bit. TERRIBLE returns policy. Takes FOREVER for them to get back to you and then say they'll charge £19.95 to return an item!!

I ordered clothes on the 8th June and requested to return them on the 22nd June am STILL waiting for them (today is 15th Aug) to send me a link to pay the return fee.

To be honest, I'm going to give up and contact my bank to try and get my money back.

Absolutely rubbish. Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Chinese rubbish…nothing to do with London. Doesn’t mention on their website that they will require a further payment of £19.99 so that they can authorise a return. Total and utter scam. I am not throwing good money after bad. The £40 coat I purchased has been sent to charity shop. They will probably price it at £4 which is more like its real value….PLEASE DO NOT BE CAUGHT IN THIS SCAM…a lesson learnt for me.

Different item sent to what was shown on the photo. Constantly sending the same email as a response asking me for details and pictures. Shocking service please Avoid

Website and items described don't match with what is sent. Customer service is poor and returns a joke. Had to complain to the credit card company as there was never going to be a refund from them. I'd avoid them.

Order was very poor quality and the order arrived after 16 days. On the initial order it stated the order would arrive in 3 days. Communication is very poor, I trying to request the item and awaiting responses after 48 hours of sending the email.

I ordered some sliders on 31st May, they took over 15 days to arrive and were the wrong size. I said I’d like to return them or get a refund. I was told it would cost £19.95 to return them or I could keep them & they would send the right size. It is now 6th August and 17 emails later and I have still not received the correct size or a refund.
Shockingly bad service. How this company exists I do not know…

Dont waste your time or money on this company, they managed to take 2 payments from my account and sent a cheap item that didn't even resemblance the order

I am in the middle of a dispute with this company which has been going on for over a month.
The website says it offers easy and hassle free 30 day returns. This is false. They offer 2 types of exchange; if you want a full money back refund you have to pay £19.95 to 'generate a returns label'
This is not mentioned on the website which I suggest is deception.
If I get any satisfaction from this company, which is withholding £67 of my money, I will write a follow up review.

I found this company disgusting. Do not touch tham. I ordered a top which was too small. Contacted company as instructed on website to enquire about returning item. After a number of days I eventually got a reply and was advised just to keep the top and they would send out a replacement. As the website states they do not send relacements for returns I already ordered a bigger size. They agreed I could return the item after paying a small charge of £19.95 handling charge before they would send out the return slip. It has now been over a week since my last e mail to them and they seem to be ghosting me. What a rip of. Very untrustworthy company.

Slow delivery, poor quality, inaccurate sizing, trying to charge me £20 for a return! Suspect Chinese not London based. Avoid at all costs! I’ve had a full refund via my bank - suggest everyone else requesting a refund does the same. Looks like the website is now offline.
