Order custom mats w logo, they only sent plain mats no logo! Then told me if I wanted mats w logo I would have to purchase a whole new set of mats and pay again! After I told them that was wrong and I wanted to return mats! I asked them how to I go about doing that, now they won’t even reply! BS company, should have known better! I would never order from them again

It took about a month or so for delivery. However. after trying to shove the mates under the front and rear seats I gave up. I sent pictures of every conceivable position. They assured me that this problem would be fixed.Received several emails instucting me try this and that. Another email said mangerfacturing said they needed more photos or a video. I knew then I was fighting a losing battle. It's not like you can drive to the company with product in hand and demand a refund once they for themselves these mates don't fit in this vechicle.Bottom line the mats do nothing for me. Last resort is perhaps to take all the seats out and make small incisions to fit these mixed matched throw down mats.What a waist of money as the old Cliche goes you pay for what you get. Stay away from these scam artists.

In March of this year, I got my Audi Q7, I saw the advertisement of a company called deliteron on facebook. It was about 60 USD (quite good price) for a set of car mats, BUT I never received my car mats after payment. I was fooled by these greedy people.

Later, my cousin recommended customein to me, I saw some negative comments in Facebook's comment area and I hesitated a little bit... but still decided to try again, but this time I used my credit card directly. If I can't receive it, I will charge back directly.

After waiting for about a month, I received my mat. ATTENTION: please be sure to write your model, sub model, production year and other information, because I wrote the wrong production year (Typing error), the customer service emailed me for a correction, it delayed a little.

About the product, I am satisfied with the material, beautiful sewing logo, no chemical smell, almost the same as on the picture. Due to long transportation, there are some wrinkles on the mats, but disappeared after a few days, no big problem.

I am happy with the mats, but if anyone from this company reads my comment, please improve your mail system, because I didn't receive the confirmation email at the beginning, I am so worried about my order, I thought it was fraud AGAIN!!!!

Consider yourself lucky if you got what you ordered. This company will not deal with you fairly if they send you products that are useless. They have taken advantage of consumers. There is no attempt to seriously solve problems with the product. Rather than buy from this company, you should just throw your money into the nearest trash can. BEWARE!

This company is a joke!!!! Buyer beware don't buy from this company they are a scam. I ordered mats for a 2014 Kia Soul. When they finally arrived, months later, the only thing right about the mats was the words KIA on the mats. No way to return and get a refund, lost $150.

U better of buying on ebay better quality for a cheaper price they send you the same thing anyways

Waiting a month. Tried calling, no answer.

Poor communication at best, scam at worst.

2 polite form e-mails received saying that they were backlogged with orders.

Only received after I complained.

Going to wait another month, then take legal action and have them permanently shut down by European police authorities.

Mats are perfect but i had to pay additional 53 euros to customs and additional shipping by GDSK. Customein only refunds 50% of the customs fee. Stay away from this outside Europe business because Customein mats appeared too expensive with the extra customs and shipping costs.

i am so happy with my car mats that i got from this company yesterday!!!! I cant stop looking inside my car they fit exactly like glove to my bmw i7 and are absolutley gorgeous !! I am surprized of the bad reviews here

Emailedl them several times not one response back customer service non existent, I know nothing about my purchase but they promptly took my payment, wanted to add more orders for some other vehicles but will now go another route.

It's actually kinda funny how bad their products are, I ordered LED cup holder lights and they arrived broken, peeling apart, and never worked. Return policy is even worse, they demand pictures and videos of the problems, how about instead of sending out defective useless products you get it right the first time. Please never ever waste your money with this company. Cheap cheap cheap quality crap that also took weeks to arrive. If I could give 0 stars I genuinely would.

I emailed them several times & received replies quickly. I ordered 3 door curiosity lights, custom made, they are beautiful! I would recommend them to anyone looking to make your vehicle a little more personal

I ordered a set of mats for my pretty girl- Porsche 911. Honestly, I was afraid to order due to some bad ratings. but I received it within 20 days.Mats fit and look great in my car. I am very impressed and would recommend this company to any friends or family without any hesitation!

Ordered mats for my 2008 BMW 528xi and after waiting a month they finally arrived. Problem was mats I received are for a Ford Mustang! Emailed them and crickets. Messaged them on their site and they don't believe me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

I've bought 6 sets of cup holders on this site. It's true that the delivery would take quite a long time, and firstly when I received the products, I was so disappointed because the cup holders are scratched. But after communicating with the customer service, I know it's because there's a protective film on the surface, when the film peeled off, the cup holders were like brand new though. The only flaw about this product is that it's a bit difficult to operate, the button is too small, otherwise, it's an excellent car interior product. Hope they could improve it.

Another scam site with the same ad. The new one is called Amenitee. DO NOT BUY these! They take your money and then disappear! They were Deliteron before this. Look up reviews of these companies you will see. STAY AWAY!!!

After almost waiting a month for my supposedly custom leather floor mats, they were the cheapest, tackiest mats I could imagine putting into my Mercedes , they didn’t even fit properly. I would never recommend someone to buy this product you’ll be highly disappointed, looks nothing close to what they advertise!

Very poor product, I bought fitted car mats, they did not fit my car, customein customer service have ignored all my emails so i have had no resolution, paypal have not helped so I am left with no choice but to throw away the mats, massive waste of money - avoid this company at all costs

I bought wheel covers for my car, gave them all the information they requested (Car type, wheel size, etc.), After extremely slow shipping, when i received my product, they did not fit. I have asked for a refund or a resolution to satisfy me as a customer. All my request have been ignored. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY! Their advertisements are fraudulent, and they have no customer service.
