Just got my front floor mats today for my 2016 Audi A3. They fit great and look good as well. Read a bunch of bad reviews and was getting worried but I couldn’t be happier. Wish I would’ve ordered rear mats too.

They pulled this scam back in 2019 as deliteron. Do not trust this company. Contact your bank and get your money back

If you paid by paypal dispute the payment.

these mats were in my GX460 when I bought it used. They do not fit! They are labeled for my vehicle

They sent me the incorrect mats that did not fit my vehicle. At first they were responsive. But after I showed them photos they stopped responding. I opened a dispute with PayPal and won. The problem is PayPal requires you send the mats back, that would cost more than the mats themselves. So buyer beware. PayPal will not be there to help with shipping!

Crooks!!! I wish I had looked at trust pilot before ordering. Sent only part of order. I can’t believe that you can buy using PayPal. They were useless too.

Terrible misrepresentation. They don't fit and look terrible. I'm throwing mine away.

i have ordered my Floor mats on March 3rd and now its May 20th, They gave me a Fake UPS tracking number, All it said was Label was created and that's about it, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!!

Dont waste your money. While they might look decent in the pictures, the quality of the materials is horrendous. The "custom fit" didn't even come close to fitting. I ended making them work after hacking them up with scissors for a decent fit. The material is so lightweight that there is no way to stop them from sliding without accessories to hold them in place. It took 6 weeks to deliver and I have never been so disappointed to spend $ 149 USD.

SCAM!!! Took my money, had a fake tracking number, called DHL.... never existed. DO NOT ORDER

Company didn't send product,,I ordered items on febuary 3,,its march 10,,and they sent me a refund for $15.00..there page says they would refund 89.00 if item had not been shipped yet to my satisfaction..they lied, straight scam site,,please dont get trapped like me..I have all emails to document,,if any one wants to see!!!

Ordered jan 30 still no mats.emailed twice did get a response,but no satisfactory action.it looks like I've been had.i am done with companies that advertise thru facebook.CAN YOU SAY CROOKS.

So i decided to give this company a chance, and it has been a whole joke ever since. I order this mat in Jan it's now march and still have not received my mats. When I first ordered them they said the process would be 10 days to 15 days to process and then it would be shipped I was fine with that. but a few weeks after they hit me with oh we're upgrading our factory so shipping is going to be an extra two weeks okay that took me to the middle of February. then I receive back and forth email stating all soon as you tracking is available it'll be sent to your spam and it's ready for shipment that was on Feb 27th still haven't received any tracking information. We've been doing the back-and-forth thing I'm not sure how much time do they need to make these mats but you can't tell me that they need 2 months. Especially for a standard car like a Ford fusion. This company is fraudulent and I will never order from them again and I suggest you turn away and run even if it's an extra few bucks to spend for the real custom mats from diamond mats, which is what I should have done instead of trying to be cheap, spend the extra money it'll be well worth it. At least you'll get what you paid for and it will be there when they say, and it will be exactly what you ordered. Lesson learned. And google yelp, and any other social media site that will listen I will make sure that they know about this company so that they don't have to be out of money as we are.

1 star is too much to rate, if there was 0 or -1 i would put that, they are scams, I ordered mat month ago still waiting on my mat, customer service never responded to my emails, and they do not have phone number.

Customein is a joke. It took a month and half to receive my order of mats for my 2016 Acura TLX. I paid $150 for mats w/logo. First off, logo was stitched in gold thread ( logo in ad was white and modern ). Who uses gold anymore? Second off, the mats did NOT fit properly! I ended up having to cut and remove parts of mats to somewhat fit. I had to cut driver's mat to allow gas pedal to completely be depressed along with not getting stuck. That mat was also crooked. Front passenger mat was really high on one side it reached to the top of center console. And I ended up cutting rear mat to avoid being crunched every time front seats were adjusted. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Btw, I did end up finding similar mats on eBay with much better quality and finish. It came with the proper logo I had wished for AND they FIT PERFECTLY. I only paid $80. Also received them exactly 2 weeks after ordering.

I wish I would have read these reviews prior to ordering. This is a 150.00 lesson that I did not have to learn. I ordered custom mats for my Mercedes and prior to ordering I corresponded back and forth with this company through email inquiring about color and etc. After, receiving tracking information I noticed the color of the mats where different from what we corresponded about as well as what i ordered well to my amazement I am going to have to eat these because they will not match my vehicle nor is the company willing to work with me. I will never ever order an online product with researching the company's background and unfortunately I had to pay 150.00 to come to this conclusion. This company truly is terrible even in their email responses. I took this one on the chin with a glass jaw.

This company is terrible!! They do not have reliable contact other than email which they do not respond to. It's been over month...still no response or product I ordered. They sent DHL tracking number.
I called DHL, no record of order. This place needs be investigated and shut down!!!

Please don't order mats from them.
For first the product is cheap and on top of that it won't fit.
Second their customer service, they don't have a phone number to contact it's only thru email. What kind of company don't have phone number. The mats I order they don't fit the back of the car, they are big. But every time u send them a email they come up with BS, oh can u send the picture and video thru some excuses platform and they after few weeks later they will tell that they haven't received or send some more pictures. I have been trying to resolve the matter with them for last 3 months. Just a horrible company to deal with.
Save your money and headache from this company

Just awful! They dont even fit my car properly! I tried a different company before and their products actually fit. Only reason I went with customein was because of being able to add a logo. No point if they dont fit properly!
