Total SCAM…….. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company, I ordered a chair, they took my money and I didn’t receive it, when I emailed them they fobbed me off and said it was in transit and they would resend one, which they didn’t. Reported them absolute wan**rs 🤬🤬

Ordered two chairs and got a spoon and fork. Bank refunded me the money as it’s a scam

Scam company nothing arrived and when I contacted them they said it was lost in transit and would refund me 50% then 60% I have still not received my item or my refund! Now going down the dispute line

I ordered my garden chair I read the reviews as I thought it was to good to be true however the reviews said people received their chair and we're happy.
I have waited for months and constantly asked for a refund but I just get an email back saying its on its way.
It's a massive con.

Ordered 2 rocking garden chairs a side tables advert on FB reviews were good ordered on 28/05/23 No chairs have arrived got a cheap phone charger in post ?? Guess I've been scammed!!! They did reply to my emails but heard nothing recently. Lucky I paid by CC so contacting my bank. Don't use this company scammers.

Scam, no delivery and no response to the numerous emails sent requesting support or a refund.

My chair never arrived and no response to my emails. Please all look at Martin Lewis web page and consider claiming monies back through cashback or section 25.

If I could give less than 1 star I would! It’s a total scam. I like several others ordered a garden chair and received a cheap phone cable ???? Currently on the phone reporting it to my credit card company !
Lesson to be learned here ….. if it seems too good to be true it, wish I had went with my gut feeling but gave them the benefit of the doubt !!!

Total scam ordered chairs got a cheap rubbish phone charger no response from them. Do not buy anything you 100% will not get it!!!

I would not even give CUSHYTEA any stars! I ordered a garden chair from Cushytea on May 19th then last week I received a random phone cable which I didn't order. Last night I went online to check where the order was, to be told it had been delivered. I now realise where the phone cable came from and after checking reviews, I see this has happened to many others this week and is nothing more than a Scam. I have emailed them and I even wrote a bad review last night on their FB site but it never appeared. Please don't buy from this dreadful dishonest company!

SCAM! seen the advert for the chair all over Instagram and ordered..month later says delivered to adresse..I HAVE RECIEVED NOTHING...they do respond to emails but offered to send again...I WANT A FULL REFUND-CLEARLY A.SCAM AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

Ordered a chair and got a phone charger. Lesson learned. DO NOT TRUST this website. Saw product on Facebook so went to website to be sure. My loss but it doesn’t have to be yours.

Scam website. Ordered a chair & got a scarf.

This is clearly a scam site. I ordered an outdoor chair and was sent a phone cable. If I want a refund, I have to pay to return the cable to China which will obviously leave me more out of pocket. They've offered a 40% refund without the return which will mean I've bought a cable I don't need for £30.
