Scam - ordered - never received product. Amazingly they responded to an email I sent saying I should contact my credit card to get the charge removed as they were "unable to fulfill" but my credit Card Goldman Sachs refused and still billed me.. Terrible all around. Shame on me for thinking it was safe to order through FaceBook adds

It seems that my experience with this company is not novel. I ordered 2 blankets as a Christmas gift, and when I got the notification but no product I realized I was never sent tracking information. Sent the company an email and never recieved a reply. I then disputed the charges with Apple Card and they sent me "evidence" from the company that I recieved the goods, which is false. Long story short I am not getting my money back. I wish I would have seen this sooner.

Like all of you (except that FAKE 4 star review) Goes to show that is better to shop through Amazon (although I hate them) because there are so many ways people can now get scammed through Facebook ads.

I really didnt want to give them any stars cause i ordered 3 of them and never received any of them but they have to money and wont response to any of the emails i have sent to them. WHAT A BIG SCAM WHY DO THEY LET PEOPLE OPERATE LIKE THIS.

Same as everyone else. Ordered on Nov 18, 2023. A month later realized I had not received it yet so tried to fight it with Visa for fraud since the website disappeared and no response to email. Visa will not refund it. Claims it's not fraud since I authorized the purchase although they never sent the item. So I'm out that money now. Total scam. How are they not getting caught??

Ordered back in November for Christmas gift. When it got near the holiday realized that i never received. Searched email from them. No tracking number listed. Sent email. No reply. Sent email again 2 weeks ago and still no reply. I order 2 never received anything noor a reply to my email.

Same as everyone else. I purchased my item the beginning of November. I received a shipping notice yet that was fake. I reached out through email and nothing. Not mention the website that I purchased from no longer exists. I contacted facebook and was told they are not responsible for purchases made from ads.

Scam! Charged me twice never received items

Like many other people have reported, I placed my order on 7 October, got a tracking number and link which showed (and still shows) no information. Followed up via email on 20 November and got a generic email on 21 November. It started with “Hello, Dear! which I thought was weird. The email went on to explain that they’d had a DDOS attack on their website but they promised to deliver the order within a week. That’s the last I heard (now 1 Jan 2024). It’s an absolute scam and they’ve cost me USD65 that I won’t let go of, if only to make sure they don’t do this to others. I have also reported to Facebook, where I saw the shower head ad.

I would give ZERO stars. Just like so many, I received tracking info. I kept checking and then went to the website and it’s gone! SCAM!!!!!

Same as everyone. SCAM!!! Have emailed multiple times, no response. Placed order on November 17th.v no website any longer. This was supposed to be a gift. I'll be contacting my bank to start a fraud charge. Complete BS

Got scammed!!! Purchased 3 of them and never received but they still have my money. The website and email are not working so there is no way to contact them for help. The tracking information doesn’t work either.

Got scammed and American Express charged me after their shop sent tracking info saying delivered. They gave me tracking number when shipped, here is where the scam is. They sent to different address in my city, called ups and they confirmed that the tracking number is to
Another address not mine. Amex sided with them, so confused as to why since I never received item. This company is a scam. Trash company and hope they got caught.

If I could give zero stars I would. Original email said it would be delivered in 1-4 weeks. After almost 4 weeks of waiting and no update I tried to go back to their website and it was gone. Never received my item, which was supposed to be a gift to my mother, and had to open a dispute with my bank to get a refund. Their website is gone now so I guess they can’t scam anyone but it was a horrible experience.

I ordered 3 rechargeable heater blankets. Haven’t received any information since ordering! No email! But they took my money! This business is a scam! That is their business. Scamming. I tried to go to their website but there is no website now. Has anyone actually received anything?

I’m having all the same issues as everyone else. I ordered 3 blankets that were supposedly delivered but they were not and have emailed non stop and gotten the sand generic email back. Has anyone been able to find a number to talk to a person I’m wondering ? What a shi@$y and scammy company ! I’m out 70$ and so angry! 🤬

Placed an order through this website on 11/04. Was provided a (spoofed) FedEx tracking number the same day that eventually said items would be delivered on 11/14. Items made it onto the truck for delivery, but were never delivered. Reached out to FedEx, was told the tracking number I had wasn't linked to my address or name and that I needed to contact the seller. Tried to reach out to the company via email, no response. Waited a few days, emailed again, no response. Contacted my bank to dispute the transaction. Only THEN did the company send me a generic email saying that they're very sorry, they're working on it, and my items will be "delivered next week". It's been two weeks since that email and I've received nothing. Don't buy from this website, it's a scam.

No response, left several emails. Item never received.
