Placed an order on the 26th May for two 2 piece suits using their size guide. Had to chase for delivery and the parcel finally arrived on the 16th June. Only opened one suit as the trousers didn’t go anywhere near me! Contacted the company and was very disappointed with the response! 30% refund which is derisory or gift card! I want to return these not keep them! No point in taking the gift card as the same thing could happen again. Very bad policy. Will not be using again. Now have 2 unusable suits and am out of pocket! Buyer beware’

Very disappointed in the goods. Want to return but it’s almost impossible to get a refund in full. They offer 30% or vouchers. They advertise simple 30 days return, absolutely not the case.
Be Aware. Not a good experience at all.

Dress was too big and poor quality. Their website said to email to get return information, which I did. They offered 30% refund or a voucher. I said no. Then they offered 50% refund but said I couldn't return the dress because their warehouse is in the US. I said no again. None of this was disclosed on their website. I'm not paying £16.60 for a dress I can't wear and don't want. Now they are offering 70% refund! Don't buy anything from this company unless you expect to keep it.

I never received my item 30 days after the order. I did not get the item I ordered. Wrong size, wrong Item. They have a bot emailing me now for another 3 weeks, asking for the same pictures over and over. BBB has many reports on them. I cannot recommend this site at all.

I purchased a dress for £30.40 and paid a shipping charge of £16.59 so that it was delivered quickly. Imagine my surprise when a few weeks later I receive a FedEx bill for £14.32 for shipment of the Curve Dream dress.
I sent an email to Curve Dream asking them why I had to pay twice for delivery. They asked me for a copy of the FedEx invoice which I sent to them.
Then I received the following message:-

It was charged by FedEx.
Could we each pay half of the cost?
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I promptly refused this 'generous' offer and demanded a full refund for the £14.32.
This isn't my first unfortunate dealing with this shoddy company. I won't be dealing with them again. Just a shame that people probably don't check the Trustpilot website before they make a purchase from this terrible company. The plus side is that this morning I have received an email informing me that they are going to refund me the FedEx charge.

Beware any online Chinese clothes shops.
The clothes are cheap and nasty with materials design and finish that are NOTHING like the pictures shown. These companies shapeshift and new ones appear online like pop-up shops- all with a 'front window' of beautiful modls looking gorgeous in great looking clothing. Do not blieve it or buy. It's a mirage. Shein was exactly the same when it began onlne some years ago and Curvedream is the same. You won't get your money back anytime soon either and returns are impossible.

I ordered a pair of trousers. They arrived about 6 weeks later which was longer than they had told me and they missed the event I wanted them for. The item was not as good as it looked and the material was not what I was expecting. I asked for a refund and they offered me a credit. They then informed me that I could have a 50% refund as I would have to return the item to the USA so they are not UK based. I WOULD THINK TWICE IF YOU WISH TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered two dresses and paid fast track. They then sent me a confirmation and they had refunded fast track. Tried to cancel as knew they would arrive to late. Said it was too late although the shipping said it hadn’t been despatched. One was absolutely awful fabric, cheap and nasty. Tried to return. Offered me 25% refund, said no so they offered me 50% or to return to the US. Cut my losses and accepted but this is an all too often scam where they won’t let you return. The company is called curveddreams UK but has absolutely no links to the UK. I won’t be ordering again.

You absolutely cannot return an item no matter how you try. They are a scam!

I ordered a pair of trousers four weeks ago, paid via google pay. I haven't received anything from them, not even an email confirmation, but they happily took my money. This site is a scam IMO - the pictures make it look very inviting, but don't throw your money away. Don't be taken in by the 'positive' reviews.

Find somewhere else to buy your clothes
I ordered three dresses, 2 arrived and they were in my opinion made from a shell fabric and this affected the fit which was just not right. I made several attempts to return the two items it took ages to receive a response however they wanted me to keep the two dresses and offered me a quarter of the overall cost of the three dresses, one of which still had not arrived. I was due to go away during this so as it was taking so much time I had to cut my lossess. One positive the finish, cutting and machine sewing on both dresses was excellent. As it currently stands I have received a payment of around £35.00 for the dress that did not arrive but I am out of pocket for the other two that do not fit and look simple dreadful on me. So would I recommend this company no I would not, please stay clear of them and find somewhere else to buy your clothes. I am surprised that UK trading standards have not got involved with them. My comments are made from my own personal experiences with this company

@Teresa A-W: Curve dream scammed me out $94.00 they put the wrong address on package and the post office confirmed that my address was not on package. They claimed I put address of “w “ on package. I know I did not put the wrong address on order and Afterpay will not assist. I have lost my money

Wish I had read reviews before ordering.

Website was great and ordering system easy enough.

All confirmed.

Then told a few days later the item was N/A. Options given to pick another similar item which when you tried you were told option N/A.

Asked for refund - which was the other option and immediate response was too late as item had been despatched. Even though it was N/A.

Followed tracker online from China and kept asking for updates. Response was on way and to check tracker.

Item delivered which we initially thought was good, until we opened the pack. Whilst well sealed and wrapped, the colour is nothing like what was advertised on the website. Also the sizing is all wrong. They had advised on the size but it must be sized at least 2-3 sizes smaller than expected.

Sent email requesting refund as per website instruction. All of a sudden the email address that we had been using to contact them successfully is no longer available.

Contacted via website enquiry but no response yet.

Looks like we have lost the money! Ouch! 😣

BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING FROM THIS SITE!
They advertise in the UK, the material is manufactured in China and the warehouse is in the USA. And if you want to return the items they offer you to keep it and refund you only 50% of the goods price.

The quality and colors on the website look beautiful however once again it’s a scam. I ordered 5 pieces and 3 will be donated because the material is a cheap polyester blend.
The other two items are made of cotton and are nice. So 2 out of 5? When a request is made for a return the company barters due to the factory is located in China and they won’t provide an address to return to.
Learn from me and don’t buy from this company!

Firstly the order took so long to arrive. Quality of the dresses were terrible. Not true to the sizes. Material and colours were terrible. They don't offer full refund. Very disappointed!

Goods on Web site bare no resemblance to what you get. Buyer beware. Description of goods also misleading so order at your peril !!!

My order wasn't acknowledged at all as is usual.
Customer Service was helpful but
When the trousers arrived they were:
Very, very poor quality
Skimpy fitting
No proper labeling on the garment
Can't possibly wear them
Have just seen the same clothing on a different Company: Azlee.co.uk

This company is to be avoided. They publish photos suggesting high quality clothes and when they arrive they are nothing like the photos, very poor quality. ALSO WILL NOT GIVE A REFUND ONLY OFFER ONE THIRD OF THE PRICE PAID
They are scammers in my opinion

Sorry, this isn’t a review so I hope it will be posted.

I’d like to say a big “thank you” for all the negative posts. Why? Because you have saved me a fortune. Like many of you this firm popped up on my iPad and, as I live in a rural area do most of my non food shopping online.

The clothes looked really lovely and they all seemed to be half price or more. So that rang a small alarm in my head and I looked at Trust Pilot which has never let me down. I can’t say I was surprised to see the majority were defamatory and most had the same experience.

So you have all saved me quite a lot of money as I’m not going near them with a barge pole!
