I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. My strong advice is do not buy from this company!
What I ordered looked nothing like what was displayed online. A very cheap version. No tags, no labels and shabby, unwearable.
Requested refund which was followed by several emails offering me different options., everything but a full refund.
Finally they did offer a full refund and gave me an American address of which I was expected to pay the p&p. They take no responsibility if the item does not arrive. So then I settled for 75% refund which didnt include p&p and kept the item.
They pay no attention to the Long Distance Selling law.
In my opinion a total scam.

Item was so small and when I tried to get a refund was told I can't but could have a gift voucher for part of the price. Won't ever use again and would advice people to not use.

The company is a real rip off merchant.
Exchange / refund is made extremely difficult. If you have to return anything, it certainly isn't free ! and you will be left out of pocket.
The item I ordered was far too small, and I was trying to exchange it. They then hadn't got a larger size. I did get a refund but it was 30% of the original price excluding postage.
I will never use them again.

This should be stopped and not allowed to trade. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Scam - goods are inferior. Dont waste your money. If you have, stop the payment through your credit card !!!

Got grey jkt and nothing like what it looked in picture a right rag would not wear it bin it woukd not buy from them again

Hi I ordered two items that cost £56.00 I received the goods they were disgusting nothing like the item shown they were cheap material I requested a full refund to be told that they would offer me a percentage discount and I was to keep the items please do not buy anything from this company they are rude to there customers sending emails I have contacted my bank to retrieve my money as curve dream are refusing to a full refund DO NOT DEAL WITH RIP OFF COMPANY

I ordered 3 shirts, I'm size 18 but ordered Size 20/22 just to be sure they were not too small...3 shirts all too small to get on let alone wear. I had checked Australian sizing listed on their website prior to ordering...never again!!

If you live outside of America I suggest you do not use this company. The products when they arrived were poor quality and not like the photo on their website.
When I tried to return the items, I was offered a 30% refund and keep items, or a gift voucher, I wanted a full refund and return the items. I was next offered 50% refund and keep items. When this was rejected a 70% refund was offered, this was increased to 75% and keep items, which will go to a Charity shop. The cost to return the items to USA, not Reading UK as the deliver sender info. This is a very poor return system, be warned find another site to buy your items from.

Do not buy from this site. I purchased a dress & a top, I was advised the dress was not in stock after they had taken my money, and the top was completely different from the image & description. The product detail stated that it was an Elegant V Neck Sequin top, it was actually a poorly made sweater, not a sequin in sight. I received a partial refund, am now out of pocket by £15.

This company is based in the USA not UK and doesn't accept returns as their returns depot is New Jersey, USA, so I couldn't even return a dress or get a refund(as it was too small)? I pointed out that they shouldn't be advertising as a co.uk company when they are definitely not!!

I ordered what l thought was a pretty patterned cardigan jacket l assumed it was a knitted jacket because that is how it looked in the photograph. It is not it's a pattern printed on sweatshirt material it looks cheap like something you may have picked up at a jumble sale. It is not well made also l went for a bigger size than l normally do and it is tight. I am very disappointed with it.l had saved some items in their basket to buy but have now deleted them l do not intend wasting any more money with this company

Paid extra for express delivery as I needed the dress in time for my son's wedding. It arrived two days before the wedding. This dress is nothing like what was advertised, it's a completely different colour for a start! Should have been green but is actually baby blue! The dress itself is really poor quality, the hem line around the bottom is fraying! The sizing is all wrong, really poor quality item! I will never order anything from this company again and I will advise all my friends and family to steer clear!!

I purchased 2 dresses ... one was reasonable fabric but very shoddily made, particularly skirt and sleeve hems. The other was cheap fabric and same poor sewing. There was no return form or I would have done so. I certainly wouldn't buy from this company again or recommend them.

Item did not look anything like the picture and quality was terrible. Will only let you return if you pay shipping to America so they offer you a 50% refund. Absolutely dreadful company! Steer clear.

I wrote a review earlier this year on the appalling practice of this company. I see from more recent reviews that the same practice is being continued!!
This company claim to be UK based but returns have to be to US at your own cost (extortionate costs too!)
Sizing and quality seems to be another issue. WHY can’t trading standards do something about this company who are scamming people every day???

Ordered a beautiful dress in my size, but when it arrived it was nothing like the picture and the sizing was all wrong, I have sent 3 e mails but as yet not had any correspondence back from them , so I’ve got a dress I can’t wear or can’t return and request a refund, very poor service

Don’t bother with this company. Sizing was questionable, tried returning one item and never received a response from customer service. Other reviews indicate you either accept a discounted price on future orders or return item overseas at buyer’s expense.

Stay clear of this company!
I ordered two dresses size 14 and 16, I am normally a size 14 but even the size 16 was tight and would not fit, the material also felt cheap and not as described, when I asked to return the items I was told that that Curvedream UK is based in the USA and although they claim on their website that Online purchase made through curvedream.co.uk can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivered date, I would need to return the items to their USA warehouse at my own expense for a full refund and was offered a partial refund of 80% and to keep the dresses. This shows the quality of their merchandise if they can afford to give customers 80% refund without the merchandise returned!!

My experience was much the same as everyone here. The complaints are consistent and numerous. I emailed 3 times and received replies which were unacceptable. As I paid on my credit card and the amount was over £100 the Consumer Credit Act came in Section 75 to be exact. Find it all on Money Saving Expert.com I wrote to my bank and started the recovery process. Do not forget your credit card provider is ‘jointly and severally liable’ along with the Seller. In the UK the company has a delivery point in Southall, freight and logistics companies at Heathrow. Save all your documents including a screen print of the logistics company tracking page. It will show clearly the track from China through Europe to the UK. Under sized clothes and poor quality fabric. TRUSTPILOT should review the 5 star reviews They appear to be AI created and not believable
