Order was shipped very quickly and I was kept informed of the progress. Curtain tracks are wonderful.

Great product that arrived quickly. We particularly liked the wall fixings for the brackets, as they meant not having to drill holes that are very close to each other, and also three points of contact on the wall per bracket.

A problem with the item delivered was dealt with quickly and efficiently by the company despite the fact that the issue was not their fault. I am very pleased with the replacement purchase and have no hesitation in recommending the Curtain Pole Store.

A vey good quality pole. Just what I needed. Exactly as described on their web-site. And promptly delivered. Would definitely recommend this company. Just one slight niggle. It was supplied without plugs and screws. I would be prepared to pay a little more for colour coded screws and plugs of the right size. But still award 5 stars.

This is my second time ordering from them. Unfortunately, the courier company damaged the parcel and sent it back before it got to me — but before I even had a chance to call, The Curtain Pole Store phoned me! They were incredibly apologetic (even though it wasn’t their fault) and immediately put a replacement into production that same day. It arrived two days later — absolutely brilliant service.

Accidents happen, but they handled it perfectly. They’re not the cheapest, but in my experience, going cheap rarely gets you good customer service. I’ll be using them for all my curtain tracks from now on!

Quality was fab! There were no screws included or key to tighten the the tiny screws on the brackets otherwise it would have been 5 stars.
