Highly recommend the shop - experience better then expected

Highly recommend the shop. I was pretty scared reading all those reviews about items not arriving or arriving broken, especially that I was planning to spend ca. 1000 euro. Delivery delay in my case was literaly a day. I ordered the item on Sunday late evening, it was delivered on Tuesday morning (delivery in the EU). All in order, the product was new, in original packaging.

Long Delivery Time

Well received but it took more than 10 days to get it delivered. Ordered on the 11th Jan, and finally delivered on the 23rd. No accurate time for delivery, neither through the CurrentBody site nor by Colis Prive site, showing a margin of two days for delivery, once they informed me that it was on the way home!
For the price of the device, I would expect a better management of the logistics and communication.

Service is very slow

The website was easy to navigate/Delivery very well communicated/Lack of information on best practices with the mask

The website was easy to navigate and place an order. The delivery was easy, quick, and very well communicated. The packaging was beautiful. I was disappointed in the lack of information provided on the actual masks and the best practices in using the masks. I would have appreciated more detailed instructions and more information on how it benefits the skin.

Very effective

Very effective. I have used about 10 days every day, switching from the red light and complete mode. More impressive is my face has been lifted oberviously. my face is sharped one round at least. I love it. I will bring it to my mum to try it out!

Five days since ordering product and no tracking information

Having paid for an expensive product from the Current Body range five days ago, which was accompanied by a pre-Christmas delivery guarantee, I have received absolutely no information regarding a delivery date. The tracking number provided takes me to a Yamoto Logistics site which is essentially a blank page. An email to Customer Services two days ago secured a response from ‘Anna’ (a AI generated response) who sympathised with my problem and committed to coming back to me urgently with a delivery date. I continue to wait for any meaningful contact from this company with just four delivery days left until Christmas.

Great after sales customer service!

Great after sales customer service! I had issues with their first delivery courier which had problems with international delivery. It was a long wait... but customer service really looked into the issue and found a solution by changing courier service and resending my order. And I'm so glad they did! I finally received my Nuface from Currentbody.fr and I thank them for resolving the matter. Not too many online shops bother to get back to customers for constant updates and solution when there is problem. Currentbody.fr made sure that the I got my order! Thank you so much! Can't wait to order again!
