Amazing equipment
Amazing equipment. This is my third purchase and I have to say the absolute best product. The face mask is the best I’ve ever used. You can see and feel the difference after first use. I also bought the body one and it’s brilliant too. The best of the best.

Excellent from start to finish
The service from start to finish was excellent. Tracking and help on WhatsApp and answered queries immediately. The face mask is also excellent quality and feels like a superior product. Would definitely recommend.

False advertising on pricing .
Several Instagram ads are being promoted up until yesterday, stating when a certain promo code is put in you will get a certain price. I put the code in. I did not get that price. When I challenged this, they said that the offer was valid until January 26th? So then why are you still advertising it currently? You should honour your pricing and update your adverts.

I recently purchased the nooance elite x600 and I absolutely love it. It was recommended to me and hasn’t disappointed. It’s so easy to use and feels super comfy. I can already see a difference in my skin after only a couple of weeks use.

I ordered a mask mid-November
I ordered a mask mid-November. We are at the end of December and I still didn't receive it I contacted the customer service and was told they will contact the delivery service but this was 2 weeks ago and still nothing ... Product is very expensive and they don't seem to take responsibility when it's not delivered
