Curchod&Co (not to be confused with Curchods please) were for some years the managing agents of the development where I live. It is difficult to put into words how unprofessional, patronising and arrogant the company was in its dealings with the leaseholders. Simple things like keeping a log of incidents were not carried out. Commissions and fees were added for spurious services. Questionable contractors were appointed to carry out work. I would encourage everyone to avoid this comany at all costs.

Dreadful company based in Weybridge.
Do not confuse this company with another by a similar sounding name.

This property management company is to my mind devious and vindictive. As lessees, we have no option as we are tied to them, they have us over a barrel, and they know it!

Inflated quotes for work, unnecessary work, arranging surveyors for work that is obviously requiredso that we incur further costs and they make their extra 10% in commissions. Using contractors to incur unnecessary expense and again their !)% commission. This is a complete turnaround from some time ago when they did nothing, from one extrime to the other.

The property was delapidated outside and as a result had caused us significant new costs.
I suspect the insurance premiums had not been paid historically as the leaking roof which had been reported to many staff over a long period was ignored and caused sugnificant damage internally and great inconvienence. This small area of roof had not been mainteined for probably decades!
The claim for internal damage has not been met that was about 4 years ago!

As for Cheryl, the property manager, she appears to be partiucularly difficult and pernicitay. I have requested to speak to the senior manager or partner or director, but they are reluctant to talk.

Stear clear of these charlatans. I would suggest that you use another agency that has integrity and respect and honesty.
