The Doctor was absolutely wonderful. Caring and sincere. Highly recommended.

Sadly this company doesn't seem to treat people as complex individuals.

But firstly, if you live in Wales expect to do a lot of the chasing of GP notes for them! I asked them to contact my GP in mid February when I applied. Each week I got an automated message to tell me they were still waiting to hear back and suggesting I upload the notes. I don't have them! After 3 weeks I did get the notes they asked for printed out by my gp and then scanned them back in and sent them to curaleaf. Very tiring for me. But my history is complex and curaleaf wanted more details, understandable, and so I again asked curaleaf to talk to my GPs directly. I now know from my GP that they didn't bother contacting my GP at all until then. A month after my application.

Sadly curaleaf never bothered to talk to me and decided I was too complex. So, instead asked my GP to make the decision on if cannabis was safe for me. Which my GP was not happy to do, not being an expert on cannabis.

Very frustrating and lots of wasted time by me.

Oh and I am expecting the standard response from curaleaf saying "we can not identify this patient" even though my name is unique!

Update:
I tried once more to explain my situation to curaleaf over email. But they completely refuse to listen.

As proof that I was trying to be a patient as my account is now closed, here is a copy of one of the first emails of those I recieved weekly:

In your application, you asked us to try and retrieve your Summary of Care Record (England, Wales and Northern Ireland) / Emergency Care Record (Scotland) from your GP or the NHS database of patients with your consent.

We are still in the process of retrieving your records from your GP. Please be advised this can take up to 28 days. To speed up the process, you may choose to provide these yourself using one of the methods below:

Upload them to your Curaleaf Clinic account here
Email them to
Telephone your GP practice and request that the medical secretary send this information via email or to you, so you can upload it to your Curaleaf Clinic account
Please note: If there is no activity on your application for a period of six months, your application will be closed. If your application remains inactive for an additional six months after closure, it will be permanently deleted. In such cases, a new application will need to be submitted to proceed.

Iv been with Curaleaf for the best part of three years and I have not regretted transitioning from illicit to taxed and regulated medicine. The irradiated method of flower preparation they use is necessary for people who's immune system is compromised, but the technique does detract from the flowers bouquet. Overall though my consultant has been great to collaborate with, us doing a dance to find the right dose. Id recommend Dr James Rucker to people who are seeking medical cannabis for psychological and personal growth purposes. Enjoy the ride!

I did hear a lot of bad feedback regarding curaleaf so i was a bit hesitant to sign up with them at first, but wow i’m so happy i went with curaleaf, it does take a couple of months to find the right strain as there are a few that are for beginners shall we say, with no flavour, but when you find the one you like, its smooth sailing. They respond to my queries pretty fast also which is a bonus :). There are a lot of people that want medical that can’t get it due to not having the right medical history, also a lot of street dealers loosing business, I believe these are the people slagging medical off online trying to give it a bad name, as honestly I've had no issues. I’ve been using flower for 27 years so i know what i’m talking about.

Curaleaf is very professional, informative, and friendly clinic, they are aware of your conditions and spend time talking about the different medications. I had no idea this was available until I was told about it. I suffer with dreadful constant pain and anxiety and don't sleep well, it was possible to explore the meds that were right for me. Happy days.

Very informative. Put me at ease. Listened to me. Very hopeful now. Would recommend.

Dr Baljinder Randhawa was very knowlegable in STRAINS, TERPINS & T.H.C Levels.
Dr Baljinder Randhawa talked about my recent chest scan. Revealing a positive diagnosis of C.O.P.D and how Cannabis dries up my mucus on my chest. I informed Dr Baljinder Randhawa that my sleep Apnoa is no longer a problem after 5 Years using the NPAP Machine I now use it intermitently. Dr advised to keep using the NPAP Machine.
My Mental health remains positive as I am socialising more & making positive Decorating and home improvements on my flat.

Overall curaleaf have been fantastic, the medical cannabis has helped alot with my pain management.

i missed an appointment due to tech difficulties, wifi in the area been terrible for a couple of days. rung up and bloke called Dan was really helpful, got my appointment rescheduled and sorted. top draw

All the staff I’ve communicated with over at Curaleaf are genuine people looking to help people in need. It’s very difficult to find a great working staff like that also including the doctors I’ve spoken with. I’ve been treated like a person and not just a number. I give Curaleaf five out of five stars just because of the staff and doctors. Patient support is are always quick to reply. I can not fault curaleaf clinic in any way.

I was having difficulty receiving my parcel it was my own fault but couldn’t thank lynn enough for resolving it all for me

The pharmacy staff at Curaleaf have impeccable customer service, especially Grant, he was understanding & patient with me helped me resolve any issues I had straight away, I cannot fault all the staff at curaleaf thank you for supporting me. Best medical cannabis clinic by far.
