Hi Karen, What email did you use for us because this is the first we have heard of this? I do see on our system 2 different orders with 2 different emails and 2 different names attached but the same phone number .Both orders were paid for and dispatched.We have checked with DPD and both were delivered.I can't see therefore you being charged twice as both orders submitted to us were delivered.Get in touch with me and I will make sure it's sorted or so we can understand better what the issue is.
