Professional and Understanding
Culture minds therapy was very professional. I used their personalised matching service and was assigned to a therapist the next day. After a long time searching for a therapist who had a similar ethnic background and had experience in the issues I wanted to talk about, I am very grateful for CMT for helping me.

I had my reservations about going through this process but I had reached a point where I felt I had reached a point where i felt i couldn't talk to my family and friends any more. Working with Sharnade went better than i had expected. She helped me to identify my cognitive distortions and understand why i thought/ felt the way i did. We set goals that i eventually achieved by the end of our sessions. She as incredibly patient and listened in a way that made me feel acknowledged. This is just one example of her professionalism. She helped me to establish what my core beliefs were and help me to question them. I am so glad that i went through the process and would encourage others to do the same.

Working with Culturemindstherapy
Working with Culturemindstherapy was a great experience for me. I was paired with a very kind hearted therapist who knew exactly what to do and say to help me. We had our therapy sessions over phone calls because of distance; nonetheless; the communication was still great and no problems related to the above were incurred. I am very happy to have worked Culturemindstherapy and would recommend them to anyone else who needs Therapy. 😊
