I would like to know why the promised CULT points are not being added for each review I leave.
I am happy with the company and the fast delivery. The only thing I don't understand is that every time I leave a review, they promise that each one will give a certain number of cult points. However, I have never once received any cult points.

I’m quite disappointed that I had to pay unexpected taxes and customs fees that were not clearly communicated at the time of purchase. These additional charges should be made clear upfront to avoid such surprises for customers.

Customer Service sounded like AI
I had a message conversation with one of your reps and I seriously thought I was talking to AI. They kept asking for information I had already provided and were not answering ques I was asking. And the wording of the responses I did get was super weird. I’m used to speaking with non native English speakers but this felt non human.

My order was paid and on its way with me only to receive an email saying thankyou for your return, we shall refund you. This order never even made it to me and I never returned it at all. When questioned the email and why did this happen I was told oh sorry, just reorder again. Not good enough and no explanation what so ever.
