I try to order a few time and it is not work. After I try a lot of time, I am sxcess. So I disappointed from this.

Great store, but their shipping fee, regardless order value and highest membership status, is a slap in the face. I purchased a lot from them, but now with extra shipping fee I’ll go only for items I can’t find anywhere else.

What makes my shopping experience really satisfactory is that in case that something goes wrong with an order (in terms of my experience, some orders of mine got lost in transit) the replacement of orders took place immediately.

You lost my package so that was disappointing.
I’m disappointed with this experience. My parcel was lost in transit and I had to contact customer service myself after there were no tracking updates for several days. I appreciate that a replacement was eventually arranged, but the whole situation was very frustrating, especially after waiting for my order and receiving no updates.

I would have appreciated better communication and perhaps a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience caused.

I have been ordering from the Cult Beauty website for several years now, and my shopping experiences have always been brilliant. However, when you encounter logistical issues for which the website is responsible, it becomes necessary to contact its legal department and reiterate the relevant legal provisions. Cult Beauty has always sent me parcels requiring a signature on delivery, which guarantees protection against theft. Following the loss or theft of a parcel, I contacted the post office. The postal service identified a white van in my neighbourhood, closely following the designated Colissimo delivery driver and thereby stealing parcels left in letterboxes. An investigation was launched at my request. Customer services accepted responsibility and decided, in a completely arbitrary manner, to delete my account. The customer is therefore paying the price for gross negligence, and the company is thus revealing its true colours.

This is unacceptable; we are victims twice over.

10 euro delivery charges (20% of the price of my purchase!)!. Last time it was almost twice chipper All my points go to the delivery charges… No free samples. No birthday vouchers. It’s not OK

The shampoo and conditioner bottles were poorly packaged, arrived damaged, and have been sent back. We are still waiting for a refund, or please resend new items that are packaged securely

The company has a range of products that are difficult to access and are quite expensive.
