Good day. We are surprised by the poor customer service. This is not the way to treat customers. They promised to bring water on Friday - they brought it on Thursday. + they did not take away the empty bottles. And this is not the first time.

Don't waste your time expecting delivery
Delivery didn't happen, there was no call or a message to let us know not to waste time either. Whole day was wasted and in the end we had to go to the shop to buy water anyway. Very odd business and i'm glad this happened right at the beginning not when already dependent on deliveries. I recommend Saku Läte instead, they are very punctual and available. If you don't really want or need water, but want to order just for the fun of it, go ahead with Eden Springs, but don't expect to really receive anything.

Poor service
Their prices get higher, while service gets worse. After a couple of years as their client, I dropped them. Awful customer service. They only deliver once a week, but earlier it was twice a week which is reasonable. I dont recommend.

Unkept promises of calls
I started a contract with them in 2018. In 2020, when Covid hit, we had to close our business. I called them for help as we couldn't make payments without an income. They refused to help. After lockdown, to re-opened but only to provide essential treatment. We were unable to offer drinks due to regulations imposed. They insisted that I have a contract and had to continue payments. Today, I'm nearing the end of our contract and despite me having written to them about 7 times and having them promise me a call back from my account manager, I am still awaiting a call back and acknowledgement of not wishing to renew my contract. This is after my initial email to them 10 weeks ago.
