Great Quality and amazing customer service

We ask for swatches before deciding on the style and colour for a new headboard. These arrived promptly, as did the headboard once we made up our mind which one we wanted.

Easy to order, delivery was good, delivery man was very nice, pleasant and helpful. The bed is great, very comfy and looks amazing!!! We are very pleased and would definitely order again and recommend. Thanks 😊

The bed is amazing and the delivery driver was extremely helpful. But the reason for the 3 stars is the communication as I needed to chase for updates. I was eventually told a day it would be delivered, then that got delayed to the following week.

Very happy with the bed, good price too. Only minor gripe was the delivery which I only had 30 mins notice of. It was not a problem as I had someone to take delivery even though I was not there, but a few days notice would have been brill.

Ordered two bed bases with head boards, both gorgeous! Arrived on date selected, no problems, very pleased, would use again!

Paid extra for choice of room but delivery driver was by himself and said I would need to help him move everything. It was put inside my front door where I then had to get someone else to help me move it to the room needed. Poor service. The headboard isnt that sturdy either. Maybe a 12 or 18 ply and fabric is folded over it not stitched nicely.

Customer services were quick to email me to rectify problems I experienced.

Bed is fantastic, customer service was second to none. So helpful and even help my order back for a few weeks until I was ready for it. Brilliant that the company send out free samples of the colours of the different fabrics. That helped make the choice much easier.

Prior to delivery, the communication we received from both supplier and courier was excellent. Upon delivery, we had a slight problem that was sorted out by Jay from the company in a prompt and effective manner. For the price, the bed is excellent value and we are pleased with the bed and the company. We would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone considering buying a bed.

Great experience with Cuddly Beds! Had my eye on a bed for ages and ordered some samples to make sure I was getting the right colour I wanted. Ordered my bed on Boxing Day and was let know when my bed was coming and the courier rang when he was half an hour away! Brilliant service from Cuddly Beds! Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of buying a new bed.

I ordered the free fabric samples first of all. Then ordered my bed with delivery to room of choice and assembled.
Website is easy to use and all your options to select. Then fast delivery, kept well up to date with the day/time, friendly and professional delivery men and built my bed and made sure it was exactly where I wanted it. Great service!
