Ordered 2 samples. Took a long time to receive and when they did come only 1 was what I had originally ordered. The second one was incorrect. It hasnt given me much faith to place an order with them now.

The delivery were very quick and efficient, put the beds together very easily, they also took all of the rubbish away

PENELOPE PANEL WINGBACK DIVAN BED WITH FLOOR STANDING HEADBOARD - this bed looks lovely, easy to put together, although opted for delivery to room and to be fitted.
Excellent service received on-line when querying delivery timescales and when delivered. Very happy.

Easy to use website, good offers, very happy with the bed, and it looks good.
Delivery unfortunately didn’t turn up on the first scheduled day, but they put it right and I got delivery a few days later.

Cuddly beds have been an absolute joke, my bed was delivered damaged on 7th March, requested for the headboard to be exchanged and I’m still waiting. Communication has been awful, only updated when I chase, if they bother to reply that is, Couriers don’t turn up or turn up with the wrong thing, promised a partial refund which has never happened. Jay is the only person who you get communication from and he seems like he doesn’t care if this is sorted or not, requested for my complaint to be dealt with by a manager again no response.
Don’t ever buy anything from cuddly beds! 😡😡😡

When placing the order, they said it would be delivered in 7-10 days, and they kept the promise. The customer service responded timely when I checked my order through the Live Chat. The delivery team comprise 2 people who are very nice, and also explained how to assemble the bed in details. The quality of the bed is good and the service is excellent. I ordered the divan bed with two drawers, it was delivered in 3 pieces - headboard and two divan bases. So we just need to assemble the 3 pieces together, not difficult. I thought the top of the bed is a platform with a solid timber board, but it isn't. Only the frame is timber. However, it still works well and sturdy after putting the mattress on, just not the same as my expectation. We have been sleeping on it for about 2 weeks now and we're pleased with it.

The bed seems to be of good quality my 10year old son is really happy with it and says its comfy. We did face a couple of issues but these were promptly solved by the company. Just only disappointment was that I had not seen anything on the website saying with a side opening ottoman you would have to put a spacer between the headboard and bed which obviously creates a gap. Knowing this I think I would have gone with the end opening and had it so couldn't assess one half of the ottoman. Really fast service bed arrived within 14days of ordering.

Sent me the completely wrong mattress first time round. Correct mattress came week later, given £50 refund for inconvenience. Mattresses come up very firm compared to dreams etc.

Absolutely excellent from ordering to emails sorting my order delivery excellent men completed put beds to gether and the beds headbords are beautiful matteress is wool and excellent thank you all so much 12 /10

Fab customer service. The delivery guy was brilliant. Bed is nice and sturdy, was fairly easy to put together given its a divan. Needed to put the bases on its side to get them clip properly and while there are stickers to show where you need to fix the headboard to, the fabric was still intact over the holes so we had to make a couple of small cuts with a Stanley knife to find the holes, nothing major and that part is hidden anyway. Would definitely use this company again, great value for money.

After sales advice and help was great. Delivery was a little late on the day but drivers worked late to make sure I got it on the day.

I absolutely love my bed! I'm so pleased with it. It was really easy to set up and looks so luxurious! Customers service was brilliant too, very helpful. I'll be purchasing my spare room bed from here also.

Installed the bed last week at present it is solid and looks well made. Could have included a paper instruction for putting it together but once we found out where what went it was Ok. Nn problems,thank you.

Even though delivery didn't arrive till 8pm, and drawers was broken which I had to arrange someone to fix them. How ever the company sent me email offering some refund due to the issue.
