Really difficult to get hold of

My wife bought a nursing chair from here. It arrived damaged and was also a poor design. That back dropped out when you sat back in it as the brackets that held the back in weren't fit for purpose.

It took ages to get in contact with customer service. Their live chat doesn't work in the hours when they advertise but we luckily got through once after a lot of randomly logging on to try. The only other way to get in touch is to leave a message to which they say they will reply within 24hrs. We have left a fair few of these and never had a reply. No phone number.

The chair was collected for delivery 11 days ago and I still haven't had a refund. Again, been unable to get in contact with customer services. Going to have to claim it back through my credit card.

Edit: Eventually got in contact with customer service who processed the refund only after we got in touch. No apology. I suspect the customer service team is under-staffed.

Poor quality item, shady behaviour

Ordered a mattress from them which was so thin I decided not to keep it. Never opened any packaging, not even the shipping packaging. They never answer emails, their phone line is disconnected and the online chat is always closed. Very shady.

I bought a chest of drawers for my daughter’s nursery that should arrive in 1 to 4 working days. In 6 working days they haven’t said a word about dispatching or delivering ans of course haven’t delivered the product. I have tried contact in every possible way and they don’t respond. Suspecting scam!

Defective bed and no response

I bought a cotbed and when I opened it I found three defects. I contacted customer service to which their auto response indicated a response with 2-3 days. After a week I was contacted and asked to provide information which I did within an hour. It’s now been 7 days of ignoring a paying customer while my child sleeps in a defective bed.

Terrible service

Terrible service, paid to return item 2 weeks ago still no refund or acknowledgment for my returned item, or that it was received even though I have a pic and signed for. Don’t respond to emails and no other contact method. Chasing my refund with no reply. AVOID this company

Faultless service

Hadn’t heard of this company before but they had the product I was looking for in stock at a great price plus a new customer discount code and free delivery. Delivery was quick too. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from again

Rubbish item , Rubbish service

Item arrived with no screws , looked like it had been used as felt sticky . Trying to return it has been a nightmare , it’s still here dispute a number of emails and Facebook messages I still have been given details of how to return it ! Refund it will also cost me £45 plus the cost of the transportation of this large item . My advise check the small print

Easy ordering and communication

Easy ordering, followed up with efficient communication on selecting a delivery date, running up to and on the day of delivery. Delighted with the furniture, easy to assemble and of very good quality. Thank you CuddleCo, my grand daughter’s nursery is perfect.

Very disappointing after only 2 weeks of use

Our nearly 5 month old daughter has been sleeping on this mattress for roughly 2 weeks and though she sleeps in different places each night as she moves around, where her head rests for long periods, the springs collapse and don’t seem to pop back up. This means her head sinks into the mattress and now there are holes where her head lays.

I did a lot of research into mattresses and I’m very disappointed because this mattress had rave reviews and seemed to promise everything I was hoping for.

Unfortunately not too sure what to do next as I’m not entirely sure this mattress will stand the test of time if it is failing after only 2 weeks!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Shocking quality of baby and nursing pillow. I ordered from here last year for my first baby and it was incredible so I went to order my second one and they have completely changed the pillows to cheap and fake polyester! They are hard and really low quality and totally unsuitable for newborns and nursing as advertised. It was a nightmare to return these items and they were SO RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

Great aftercare

Bought an ada 3 peice set and had a problem with a crib bolt.
Emailed them and got a responce the next day asking about the model number then it was dispatched.
Iv now moved home and lost all the bolts in transit for the crib, emailed and no problem atal theyv sent an invoice for £10 to send replacements.
Other places would say you need to order the crib again.

Find they are always helpful and fast at replying if you have questions.

Great communication & such lovely delivery drivers - both really happy to help & deliver the furniture to the room of our choice. The furniture is amazing quality and looks so beautiful in our baby’s Nursery. Thank you✨

Helpful Live Chat

We recently bought a beside me mattress on next day delivery that went missing and wasn’t delivered. I contacted Cuddle Co by email to enquire but didn’t hear back so used their live chat function which was brilliant. A customer service team member reordered it for us straight away and arranged a refund for the delivery cost. I would definitely use Cuddle Co again based on my experience,
but probably go straight to using the live chat function for any issues rather than email as this was much more prompt.
