Trainers not true to size
I ordered a pair of trainers in a UK size 3, which is what I usually wear, but the shoes ended up being much larger than any size 3 I’ve ever owned and still didn’t fit even after I put in insoles. I’m quite disappointed by this because Cucu Fashion does not offer free returns or refund postage spent on an order, so I will have wasted about £7 in total on these shoes that I now have to send back. Overall, I rate this experience 2 stars, because although the shoes did not fit, they arrived on time and looked like they were decent quality.

This time the incorrect item arrived, but customer service were straight onto it and extremely helpful. I cannot fault.
I have now received the correct item. Highly recommend them.
