Clair has been amazing throughout my apprenticeship, her content delivery is fantastic and is done at a pace which suits me. As well as this, she has helped me navigate challenges I've faced both inside and outside of work which has enabled me to succeed.

Words cannot express how grateful I am to have had Clair as my tutor over the last year, CT Skills have a gem on their hands!

Overall this experience was okay, my assessor was fantastic, so supportive and helped me out with anything I needed. I would also always opt for physical face to face session if you have the choice.
However, to anyone looking for an apprenticeship in childcare do not do it. Everything I learned during my coursework was off my own back with limited resources from CT skills themselves other than the odd workshop. Everything you learn is down to you doing your own research with zero guidance. You will rarely get any designated time for study leave due to the demand of the job itself. If I had to turn the tables and change my choice, I would have opted to go to college, you will learn a lot more doing a weekly placement whilst being in college and will have much more guidance and help with coursework, especially if you're doing GCSE's or Functional skills along side it. Due to the workload and hours it can be quite exhausting to do course work and long hours combined and the course personally took me much longer than suggested due to the circumstances.

I have had Donna as my assessor throughout both my level 2 and level 3 and she has been absolutely amazing. She’s always been there to offer reassurance and support whenever I’ve needed her, no matter the time. I really couldn’t have gone through this apprenticeship with anyone else, and CT Skills are extremely lucky to have a staff member as dedicated to their job as her.

I had Rachel as my tutor and also as my support network. She is such a lovely lady inside and out, always smiling, helpful and teaches the work in a way that suits each individual person. I couldnt of ask for anyone better and im going to miss our little chats and giggles but not the work tho :)

Honestly, I have a fantastic tutor- Donna. She was never reluctant to answer my questions. She encouraged me at every opportunity and praised me for even the little things. Her encouragement kept me going. She was willing to adjust her time to fit my schedule and always gave constructive criticism for further development. Citiskill must be doing something right to have such a dedicated staff.

I have been working with Liz A and Jayne C for the last 15 months. They have both been amazing. They respond fast to any queries or help that you may need. The support I have received has been brilliant, they will pick you up when you are feeling low. I cannot fault CT skills for helping me throughout my apprenticeship.

Rachel H from ct skills has been amazing!! Always went above and beyond to ensure I understood everything. Honestly wouldn’t have been able to do it without her !!

I have nearly completed my level 3 teacher assistant course. Just my discussion to go. I have loved this course i have learnt so much from it. My confidence has grown so much over the last 2 years. I have also had to do my Maths and English Level 2 for me to complete the course. The help I received from my tutor Donna Weston was amazing. She helped me all the way. Donna was always an email away if I needed any help and would always get back to me straight away. She was an amazing tutor. Thankyou CTSkills

I have completed my level 3 + 5 early years courses with CTSkills and they have been fantastic. My tutor Lucy has always been supportive and accessible, providing constructive feedback on my assessments as well as providing advice for work place challenges! Thank you

I love working with Esther and Rebecca there - they are brilliant teachers, who are very helpful and very friendly. They are always there if you need some support especially around the exam. They deserve full 5 starts and a recommend them both!
I give only 4/5 stars because some of my headaches with CT skills - postpone meetings, changing tutors often, changing processes.

My experience was great, my tutor rachel understood me and helped me through. She was very kind me patient with me.

Ive signed up for the counselling course and havent received an email about the start of the course. I have received a call about a week before 1st assignment was due to ask how is my course. Having 1 week to complete all the units and the assignment with other commitments is unrealistic. Since beginning of December Ive received no response from the tutor nor from CT Skills. I asked to adjust all the assignment dates as it’s unfair to be informed about the course only about a week before the 1st assignment for their own fault. I’d appreciate a response asap before I make a formal complaint to the relevant department.

I have just completed a apprenticeship course with CT Skills and I have to say CTSkills made it very easy or me to learn they had all the resources i required to get the work done, and a big shout out to my tutor Jo Green that has assisted me through out the whole apprenticeship she was very knowledgable, professional, and been a very good mentor. Couldnt of done it without her.

I have just completed my Level 3 in Business and administration through CT Skills. I had a rocky start with different assessors in the beginning but Deanne was fantastic! she kept my training on track, which pushed me to achieve distinction. Deanne is such a friendly, helpful and caring lady who goes above and beyond for her students. The course was structured well with lots of resources available, i recommend to anyone starting out or wanting to gain new skills.

CT Skills have been supporting me through my Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship. The team have been supportive throughout, from induction to Gateway. My assessor, Antonia, has been very helpful and encouraging. The workshops led by Clair were always useful and a good opportunity to network. I would highly recommend CT Skills as a quality learning provider.

Thank you to CT skills for helping me achieve my level 3. I was a little behind and Rachel H helped me get back on track! I've received so much support and commendation, as well as understanding when I am unable to complete something.

Absolutely terrible!!! Avoid avoid a void with all cost! Find a different training provider as this one is awful!
Management are rude and inconsiderate.
Assessors always on anual leave but when you don’t complete something you’ll have a stick up your back. They will not provide you with the appropriate information you need, coursing you more stress than needed. When I asked to make a formal complaint the manager didn’t even bother to respond to me. Pure ignorance. AVIOD AVIOD AVIOD AT ALL COST

I've recently completed a Level 4 qualification under CT Skills for which they supported me for 18 months. Jo Green was my tutor throughout and was extremely helpful and supportive as was great to have the consistency of one point of contact. Jo presented information in a way that was clear to understand and was always available for queries and organised appropriate training courses for me to undertake as part of the journey. I would highly recommend CT skills if you are looking at a qualification.
