I genuinely can't thank my tutor, Alison, for the support and knowledge she provided whilst I was completing my L3 Business Admin Apprenticeship. She really made the whole experience for me and helped me to get through the course especially motivating me during some of the difficult times in the course. My first tutor retired and Alison was then appointed my new tutor. She made the process as smooth as possible. The resources provided by CT Skills such as the mock assessments and knowledge booklets were very helpful and informative. Once again I'd like to thank Alison, she really was the overriding factor for why I passed my apprenticeship.

My level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing qualification has been a great experience throughout, I have been taught many skills that i can confidently apply in my future career.

Most of the things i am taught in the modules are directly applied to my workload and are a huge asset in this sense, as i get to not only learn them but use the skills in real world scenarios.

My Assessor Jo has been really good at relating the course content to best fit what i am doing from day to day, this has only reinforced the previous statement. Jo has also been very supportive throughout and provides detailed and Valuable Feedback on all assignments.

Had a great experience with Rachel at CTSkills. The whole course was very insightful Rachel was incredibly helpful and well educated. Was able to solve all my needs. The course was accessible and easy to navigate. Allowed me plenty of time to complete my assignments on time. Would definitely recommend this organisations again in the future.

I've had a great experience with CT skills and the tutor I've had supporting me! I've gained a lot of knowledge during my learning journey and I would definitely recommend this to others.

I have completed my Level 2 and undergoing my Level 3 as an Early Years Practitioner. I've had Lucy as my assessor, she is one of the best tutors I have come across. Lucy is super kind, supportive and patient, she has always believed in me even during times I didn't. She motivates me to do my best and has helped achieve distinction, she is always lively and positive during our one to one. I am forever grateful for working alongside CT skills as my training provider and would definitely reccommend to others! Thanks for everything!

My assessor was lovely. She gave me wonderful advice and was kind and helpful in all aspects from teams meetings to emails. I enjoyed my time with CR skills and hope I can continue with them on a level 3 apprenticeship next. I wouldn’t have been able to do this without my assessor’s support, picking me up when I found things tricky and really encouraging me to work hard for a distinction. I am so very grateful to have been working alongside you.

CT skills has been a great company to work with. They are really helpful from the beginning till end. My tutor Kaylie has been a god send after my old tutor left. She helped me a lot with my level 3. She is really lovely lady. She helped with my functional skills math as well. I highly recommend her.

My tutor Janet was fantastic in responding quickly, her feedback was very constructive and her response in marking my assessment were within hours of me submitting them. Overall a fantastic experience with her.

I had a very positive experience whilst an apprentice under CTSkills. My tutor, Jo Green, was always quick to respond to my emails and also gave positive, constructive feedback that helped me develop throughout my Housing and Property Management apprenticeship. I strongly feel that I wouldn’t have achieved my distinction without the help of my tutor and her consistent support throughout.

Alison was very knowledgeable and assisted me brilliantly when I transitioned from my previous Level 3 Team Leader course provider to CT Skills. She was very patient and responded to any queries in a reasonable time scale.

My experience was really positive, the sessions were all really informative and i've learned lots throughout my apprenticeship.

I am very satisfied with the quality of the teaching and the material provided. I have always felt great support from my tutor Lucy. She is amazing! She is my rock! She always believed in me and inspired me to work, even when I no longer trusted my own abilities. Lucy always patiently answered all my questions and gave useful advice. She was always friendly and very caring. She always provided constructive feedback, after which my mistakes, shortcomings or achievements were always clear to me and my goals and tasks were always clearly set. These studies of mine have had a great impact on the quality of my work and my personality. I cannot express my gratitude to Lucy in words. She took great care of me and did not hesitate to go the extra mile for me. I am grateful to her with all my heart.

A very well structured level 3 "counselling skills" course, with useful feedback supplied for each of the 5 parts, so that I could see which areas required further work.
My tutor Janet Henderson answered my questions promptly, and helped me when I needed it.

Completed Housing and Property Management Level 3 course and had Jo Green as my Trainer, she was really knowledgeable and was able to be quite flexible with sessions. I managed to get a distinction grade and Jo was integral to this.

I have been doing my Level 3 HR for the past 14 months with Jo, she has given expert learning material and engaging training during this time. She makes you feel comfortable and is always on hand to support any way she can. She is relatable and always has fabulous knowledge and methods to support in modules. Going into my EPA I feel confident and ready to complete my project and discussion. I would definitely recommend CT skills and the courses they have to offer.

CT Skills have really supported me in the completion of my apprenticeship, the assessors are very friendly and are always free for a chat anytime you need some further guidance/clarification around certain topics.

I received amazing support all through the course from Lucy and she has made herself available to provide constructive feedback in between sessions.

I have studied the Early Years Educator L3 and my assessor was Donna W-L and she was amazing, incredibly helpful and patient with me. It was a wonderful experience and I couldn't recommend CT Skills enough, and Donna :)

I could not recommend CT Skills enough for anyone looking to do an apprenticeship. Since the start of my apprenticeship and continuously throughout, they have been caring, attentive and my trainer Jo has been nothing short of amazing! Every session with Jo, I've left motivated and ready to put what I've learnt into action - she is for sure a credit to CT Skills.
