Took an extra week to get my delivery
Took an extra week to get my delivery, with no communication. I had to chase my order myself about 4 time. Lads in the shop were good, but due to me ordering on line no one was interested

Collection fine, Returns a nightmare!
Collection all fine. However pain to return surplus materials. Easy enough to request a return, which is then approved via email. However after returning the items to the store, they do not issue the refund or give you proof of drop off. It has now been over a week since returning the items, and 3 emails to confirm drop off (with a picture of the goods on the counter at the store) and 1 phone call later and the refund still hasn't been processed with no update on when it will be. It's not good for the customer to have to chase this and get no acknowledgement back. No idea if I will ever get the refund processed as no one is helping to resolve this.

Excellent customer service
As part of a kitchen makeover, we were searching for tiles in orange, a rather retro colour. When we visited the Northampton branch of CTD we received excellent advice from John, who pointed us towards Johnsons, a firm that sends out samples to the homes of prospective buyers. These duly arrived within four days and one was ideal and we returned to order our required number through CTD. These arrived within the estimated timescale we were given and we were delighted to collect them from John, who is a great asset to the company.

CDT Northampton were amazing
CDT Northampton were amazing. Me and my wife visited CDT Northampton to get some tiles for anew bathroom we were having fitted. We were greeted by John who helped us through all the different options available to us. John was exceptional from the minute we meet him. We did not buy any tiles from him and Enders up going there 4 times and we couldn’t decide on what tiles we wanted and every time we went John was exceptional. We will always use CDT Northampton for our tiles in the future, keep up the great work Hohn and thank you.

Great selection of tiles, service great.
Great selection of tiles online and on show in store. Tiles are competively priced although its always good to look for a discount code as they are about and we did take advantage of this. Tile quality is superb, ordering is quick online and the order came in before our expected date.

Superb service
Superb service. The staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient - and great with the kids who were dragged around the showroom several times! We will definitely use this branch again.

Great service all round
I noticed on the website that the availability of the tile collection was going to be past the date I ideally would need it for. I called and spoke to a lovely lady called Jodie who was able to solve this hurdle for me. The collection process was very easy and the staff in the warehouse were really helpful. Would highly recommend.

First Class Experience
Requiring floor tiles for my kitchen renovation project I have visited all the local suppliers and I can honestly say that, in my opinion, CTD Northampton branch 8645 excels in all respects! Their spacious showroom offers a vast range of competitively priced wall and floor tiles, all well displayed to aid the selection process. Mark and the team are very welcoming and knowledgeable about their products but, what I really appreciate is that, they realise choosing is a big decision and very much down to personal choice so, whilst they are on hand to assist and offer advise, if required, they are happy to allow you the time and space to wander without any ‘pushy’ salesmanship. I have no hesitation in recommending this Company.
