If I could give a minus 1 I would. THE most extortionate energy supplier on 19p (!!!) for gas. Can't cancel commercial contracts and we are stuck on ridiculous rates through a broker.
THE BIGGEST MISTAKE was signing up to Engie and can't wait to get rid of them end of contract.
Customer service is patronising, doesn't give you the answers you need. Cancel bills and then hikes it up.
Our latest bill for a 5 bed house - Gas only was £622!!! WHAT THE ACTUAL.
Phone calls answered within seconds. Emails answered within 24 hours. Customer Service is second to none and will forever move everything across to Octopus!
A extremely efficient experience! All paperwork was done well in advance and very happy with the outcome.

Very smooth experience. The manufacturing time was stated (couple weeks), but have deal either other companies who are a little faster. Other than that, can't fault the product itself. They look great.
Massive shout out to John who has been so helpful from quote to order and trying to expedite delivery as an LNPG Customer. First time using Northampton CTD and I will be back again to place more orders. Thank you!!

Really easy to book, very easy to use on site and was greeted as soon as I walked into the door. Happy with our allocated space on the ground floor and has been a great experience so far.

I'd have to update my review as we have just found out that the delivery driver from XDP has signed for his own delivery and then tried to claim that we had signed for it. We are now delayed on our project because its taken 3 days of finding out where our missing delivery (shower tray) has gone and we now have to go to B&Q to buy one in time.
Thanks Victorian Plumbing - screwed our project through late delivery and then tried and blame us for it.
Won't be using again.

Website was great. Delivery driver was great - but didn't receive any comms about order updates until a text - the morning of my delivery, saying we were last drop of the day. A confirmation the day before would have been good to understand my order was on packed and on its way.
The course was good for knowledge and content, but felt it was too big a group (80+) to have your questions answered and to have true accountability. Often questions were not answered live and were only noted in a Q&A a few weeks later.
I did learn a thing or 2 about the process as a whole. It would have been easier to replay the video recordings at a more suitable time than 8pm on a Monday. Sometimes there were quite a few glitches on the lives as well which didn't make it feel it was a great use of time.
Also, the bonus site tour that was included as an early bird sign up - the dates weren't released until after the course was completed and only on 1 date instead of over a a couple of dates as originally offered which makes it very difficult if you are not able to attend. Future planning of this or date releases would have been beneficial as to whether or not we would have signed up.

I can understand your points on the questions not being answered, however every single question asked, was answered properly and available to view/download on the Kajabi platform.
In regards to watching the videos back you are able to watch all the videos back anytime on the Kajabi platform, which have been edited to avoid any glitches which are unavoidable on online live events.
In regards to the site visit free bonus. Due to Covid restrictions and not being able to host a site visit it was difficult to release any dates to you as mentioned in our advertising. As this date has only been released today we are gathering the feedback and if there is a majority of people that cannot make the day we will put another day on. As you can appreciate this is a live working site which is why we can only run this free bonus on a Saturday. It would be ideal if people can make the date but, if this was the reason you signed up to the course, please email us direct (info@whiteboxps.com) if you would like another day and we can see what we can do.
Online courses do not normally involve a live elements so the way that we ran it we felt was beneficial to an online course. We do prefer face to face training for these reasons.
Thank you for the feedback and I'm glad the content and knowledge from the course was gained and the review was more about the structure of the training and free bonuses rather than the training. I will make sure we improve any future online events.
