Chris was very polite & did an excellent job for us.He was very professional & explained clearly the work that was needed.He arrived on time & completed the job in our bathroom ,& left everything immaculate.We are really pleased with the result.

We needed to have our boiler replaced and the new one installed in a different location in the house to facilitate having a flue to the outside of the building. This meant reorganising the existing plumbing, both water and gas, the installation of a new boiler and thermostat, and the installation of two new radiators. In total 5 days' work. Ryan arrived on site at the agreed time each day and worked diligently through every day of the week. He completed the tasks within the agreed timetable and cleaned up after his work every day. We are very pleased with the result and thank Ryan for his work and clear communication during his time with us. A great job efficiently completed. Thank you.

What a pleasure it was to get Chris to do plumbing work yesterday .He actually turned up..which can be rare in todays climate.His work was top class, he worked for 3 hours on a Saturday afternoon, really friendly lad. Price was great for the work he did.From now on I won't ever look for anyone else, when I need a plumber.So thanks Chris and I fully endorse this tradesman. A great lad and a cracking plumber.

Our very old boiler broke in November when the weather was starting to be very cold.

He fitted a new heating system & boiler ( a pretty big job) in the time he quoted ensuring we had heat & hot water. He definitely went the extra mile.

My boiler broke down, I’m in my 70’s and not well, my house was 10c, luckily I had a gas fire. I contacted Chris and he came out and realised the dire situation I was in and squeezed me in for 3 days time. He showed me different boilers and explained the advantages and disadvantages of each one, also price etc. No pressure to choose and gave me time to do so. He came when said he would and worked very late in order to ensure I had heating and hot water. He fitted my boiler and tidied up, left no mess. Chris was professional and sincere guy who’s work is outstanding, Any further problems in respect of plumbing or boiler, Chris will be the first I call, I have no hesitation in recommending him. I contacted chris regarding leaks in my shower and bath which had previously been fixed apparently! He took his time to ensure the problem would not reoccur and spent ages making sure it was done right!very professional and nothing was too much trouble!!

Chris came to measure for new radiators and was able to advise on various options sourcing me a great deal saving me money.
He has since been to fit them and did a great job- quick efficient and minimal mess or disruption
Friendly professional service I will be using Chris for all my plumbing now and have recommended him to family and friends
