While the name has changed from ComputerSalg to CS MEGASTORE, it is still the same webshop, the same team, and the same service. With more than 2.8 million products, you can find everything from electronics and IT to home appliances, home & living, beauty, sports, office supplies, books, and much more.

What started as a small local store focused on computers and software has grown into a true megastore with MEGA amounts of tech, MEGA amounts of beauty, MEGA amounts for everyday life – and everything in between. The name change to CS MEGASTORE is a natural next step and better reflects the scale and variety we offer today.

From our modern 10,000 m² warehouse in Ringsted, Denmark, we process more than 90,000 orders every month. We continuously work on improving our logistics and packaging processes to ensure fast delivery and a reliable shopping experience.

The company is ok but deliveries are late as usual

This may not be entirely fair, as I'm evaluating the entire purchase process, not the company itself. Unfortunately, transport companies are failing once again. Scandinavia has a lot to learn when it comes to delivery. I've been waiting two weeks for my shipment, and there's no progress. A plus for the friendly customer service, but having a customer service line open two hours a day is a joke and a mockery of the customer.

Super frustrated with this store

Super frustrated with this store, I ordered a set of dumbells as a christmas gift and I only received 1 of 2 boxes. I understand that mistakes can happen and even though my gift was ruined I've been very patient. I tried contacting them through their complaint forms, sent emails,and I am completely ignored. I am now stuck with a useless half set of weights.

Take your money but don’t deliver

Draw the money directly from your account and after that just endless of emails about delayed shipping. Normal shops draw the money from your account when order is shipped out, not computersalg, they take your money immediately and use you as a bank for free lown. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

Order nr 13221203, still waiting to get my money back and also an answer from you why to charge the money before shipping is even done and not just reserve the money as normal shops do?

We can see that a refund was created for your order within 24 hours, and the money should by now be back in your account. If you still have not received the refund, please contact our customer service so we can investigate and resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

Regarding the payment: it is our company policy to charge the amount a few days after the order is placed. This is clearly stated and accepted in our terms before an order is completed and is fully in accordance with Swedish law. Customers are still fully protected by the same consumer rights.

Strongly advise you don’t buy anything…

Strongly advise you don’t buy anything from them. Customer service is so bad and the process for the return and refund might take months.

Charged extra for home delivery but parcel sent to collection point

I ordered a Hisense product: WZXX90_BEW001_000 for a home delivery. I paid extra for home delivery through Budbee, however, my purchased item was sent to collection point for DHL. When I contacted computersalg.se customer service to complain regarding why was I charged extra for home delivery when the product was sent to collection point, then they never responded back.

Fake Mont Blanc Legend

I bought mont blanc legend edt from this store. I can touch my tonge and earth, this perfume is fake. I bought it to replace the one I had and I can confidently say it smells nothing like what I know. It also does not last longer than 30 minutes. For the price they sold it to me, I should have known this is a fake perfume. Almost half the price of how much it is sold in other shops. Unluckly for me, I bought the spirit for my friend as well and he says it does not last. They say if the price is too good to be true, it is probably fake. Buyer be aware
