Banned me after i deposited 150$. Said kyc verification fauled because my docs were bad. I uploaded my valid drivers license that expires in 2030 and apparently the doc was not good enough so instead they perma banned me. Reached out to support and they were completely useless. Hope the owners end up in jail

I did the KYC review to confirm my id. They declined it even when i uploaded my drivers license and scanned my face. Banned my account without anything else and said it cant be undone. They said i was gonna get my deposits back in some days but never confirmed it with anything and ended the chat.

I wanted to verify my ID (KYC) and I wanted to do it through their partner SumSub. I did everything that it asked me to and I got banned instantly, because I failed KYC. I don't know why and they won't tell me why they banned me (exact reason). My passport is correct and my facial scanning was okay. I contacted support, but support kept lying about stuff like "We did review it, you submitted it 6 hours ago" when I have verified my identity 20 minutes ago tops. The support is lazy and awful, no help.
