Steals money
I have had a csgogem account for around 2 years now, I was level 30. I was always depositing skins and this time I decided to try card deposit, my deposit was instantly placed on manual review, I was asked to submit documents. I submitted them, and my account was banned. I was told my money will be returned but no, after 1.5 months when I checked back it was still not returned. I had to call my bank to get the money back. Horrible expiriance, be ware that they are activly commiting textbook defenition of fraud.

My experience
The site is amazing and one of the most enjoyable for the average gambler because of its animations and coommunity.
And dont get me started on the moderators, truly wonderfull people(except the fact that they muted me). But the best experience was with one of the support admins(Isabela). Wonderfull that there is people who dont take everything serious and try to help you as hard as they can with your issue and even brighten up your day.

“Gambling” With No Odds: A Completely Rigged Website
The website is clearly rigged. It claims to be “provably fair,” but in reality it’s “probably fair.” Battles are effectively 90/10 in the bots’ favor. Even if you get lucky and win, you either don’t get your money back or make barely a 1.1× profit.
I wagered around 1,200 coins across roughly 30x 50/50 chance battles (2v2 or 3v3). I lost 28, won one that didn’t even return my stake, and won one that gave only about 1.6× profit. I also used the upgrader 11 times at 2× odds and lost all 11 attempts.
The behavior is extremely consistent:
Normal mode: bots have insanely high pull rates and always win.
Crazy mode: you suddenly get enormous pulls
From what I’ve observed, if your potential reward exceeds ~2.1× your wager, you will lose—every time. You can verify this yourself by checking the battle history. For example, if a real player spends 107 coins on a battle and the potential win goes above 224 coins, it doesn’t matter if the odds show 80% in favor of the real player—they will lose.
The pattern is obvious and repeatable.
This site is rigged. Don’t waste your money.

just not a good experince
you are better of using your money as toilet paper because you dont win and when you do its not even money back and yeah its gambling you lose more than you win but never have i lost so often as on this site from my experince you lose around 80 to 90 procent of the time and around 5 to 10 procent of the time you win but dont even get money back on the gamble and around 1 to 5 procent of the time you win around 10 procent profit on the bet and the 1 procent you double your money or higher not great odds not even decent odds i think the lottery has a higher chance

I won some coins stashed them in a vault and when i got banned i didint get them back
I won like 80 coins then i got banned for money laundering or some shit which i didint do then i submited kyc and they marked it for forgery so scam site ig dont play here
