One of the worst support i had after purchasing Xbox pass with them. They didn't even respond after you purchased. Please don't buy from them, it better to play cracked game then buying from them.

After payment, they will not give the account immediately. I have got my account after several days. I have paid for lifetime access. But they will take back the account from us without telling or asking. I have contacted customer care, and they gave me the account back.But after 2,3 weeks, they again taken back the account. Please don't throw away your hard-earned money. They are doing proper fraud. They only want our hard-earned money only. Also, I paid Rs 1200+ for my game.But after the purchase, I have checked the PS store, it has the same game in low price. Please buy games from geniune platforms.

I strongly recommend that buyers avoid purchasing “offline accounts” for PS5, Xbox, and Steam games from this website.
The website appears to sell game access through third-party accounts rather than providing the buyer with legitimate ownership of the games. This is a major concern because you are not actually purchasing a game license tied to your own account.
The biggest issue is that the seller/account owner can potentially change the account password or recover the account, which could result in the buyer losing access to the game at any time. In other words, you may pay for a game but have no permanent ownership or control over the account/license.
This is particularly concerning for expensive games because:
❌ You don't own the game on your personal PSN/Xbox/Steam account.
❌ The account can potentially be recovered or the password changed.
❌ Your access may disappear without warning.
❌ You are dependent on the seller maintaining access to the account.
❌ There is a significant risk of losing your money if the account becomes inaccessible.

I bought Cricket 24 at 23:40 on 27 June, 2026. After some time when there are no reply from WhatsApp number of Crystal Zone, I thought I got scammed by them. But they sent me a conformation and steam id with password at 22:30 on 28 June,2026. I follow the all process according to them. Now I am enjoying the game. Their service can be delayed but quality matters more. I am satisfied......
